These guys were great. My Nexus 5 Android phone kept turning itself off randomly. They replaced the battery at a very reasonable price. However, when I got it back, after about a week, it started doing the same thing. I took it back, and they tried everything.They finally figure out there was a loose piece of magnetic tape that was causing the phone to short out. It was such an odd problem, but they were so thorough, they figured it out. They even did a demonstration for me, so I could see exactly what was going on. Not only did they not charge me for fixing the problem, it has worked like a champ ever since. The guys are super nice as well. The owner and the owner's dad (who also works there) took the time to chat with my 9 year old son (who is really into computer programming) and told him all about how they got started opening this business. Took my HP desktop in because I got a very bad virus. So bad that it would not even stay on. I called Steve and he was very helpful and very informative on the phone. I dropped off my computer and got it back the next day. It's faster and better than ever and he charged me way less than any other quote that I was given. I also had him repair the cracked screen on my iPhone which again was much cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere!! This was one of the best customer service experiences that I can remember ever having! They even have slightly used laptops and desktops for sale at very low prices. I definetly recommend the computer dept to anyone needing to buy or service any computer!! read more

Great local team of guys here. Have been going to them for 5 years and always have had a good experience. They've fixed my phone at least 3 times and almost always get my computer back super fast. Only one time was there an issue getting parts, but they were able to source the part from a different place. Thanks to his help, I was able to narrow the issue down to corrupted drivers, and I met my render deadline in time (practically saved my job). He was kind, genuinely interested in the problem at hand, and did everything he was able to do. I did end up getting a few display port cables, but thanks to his expertise and problem solving skills, I was able to avoid the more expensive troubleshooting options (replacing entire components on my work system). Without his help, I would have missed my deadline, potentially lost my job, and spent several thousand dollars replacing parts that didn't need replacing. Again, I never leave reviews. But in a world of corporations who put the customer last, a small business that puts the customer first deserves every bit of recognition. I took the phone back to unlocked cellular where the owner told me it was not the battery and suggested I take the phone to the apple store to have them diagnose the problem. Apple genius bar associates said it was the battery and suggested the reason I had this problem is because the charger had a poor connection and may have not been charging correctly or caused an electrical surge that affected the battery. They replaced the battery and all is well for now. I went back to unlocked cellular to tell the owner what happened at Apple. He said none of this issue is his responsibility, he would not refund me any money. His customer service skills were very poor, not wanting be held accountable for supplying faulty chargers to his customers. I will never do business with this company again.
