They said sign in and pointed to a computer screen. Three people behind counter are doing absolutely nothing but laughing and joking. I'm only customer in the store. I wait for 30 minutes while sick wife waits in car. I told them I can't wait any longer and they never said a word! $300.00 for what? They are worse than Suddenlink in Greenville, NC!!! I can't afford to be dropping off video calls so I switched and haven't had a drop since or any performance issues. Kudos to Susan who walked me through the process and provided clear information on how they'd install, big into the driveway, etc. For the yard destroyed folks, I get they messed up but the performance and uptime is still good right? For the wifi folks, it sounds like wifi issues not the line. You need gig support equipment. For the router folks, I just got an eero which is what they recommend. If you get a router that can do network monitoring then Ting should be able to fix it unless the line runs through an apartment burrow of gophers. I know that no one really needs a full gig unless you're running an sweatshop mining crypto, but it's does feel better knowing you have a direct fiber line instead of sharing your connection with half the neighborhood.

She told me someone would be with me shortly, which was perfectly fine, but when I chose to stand off to the side while waiting instead of sitting down, she looked at me and said, "You can go sit down somewhere, you don't need to just stand there," in a way that came across as rude and dismissive. I calmly responded that I preferred to stand, as I wasn't bothering anyone and wasn't trying to rush the staff. There was no reason for the interaction to become uncomfortable, yet I felt like I was being spoken to with unnecessary attitude simply for waiting quietly. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not judged or disrespected. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the way I was treated. I hope management reviews this incident and reminds employees that professionalism and courtesy are expected, even during busy times.

Then the next day at 9 AM sharp the tech shows up (TWO DAYS EARLIER than he would have been supposed to, had the visit not been canceled). My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. It all started when I was…read morebilled twice for the services they provided - Every month, but only one of the services being provided. I tried to address this issue by updating my card information on their website, but they conveniently updated their website, which made it impossible to update the card on file. Over the course of several weeks, I spoke with over 30 different representatives, each of whom assured me that my card information would be updated. However, despite their promises, my card details remained unchanged..for only the website services (still being billed twice for only one website). To make matters worse, the company eventually sent my account to collections because they couldn't update the card or bill the card that I had previously updated with all of these past representatives, of which I had one charge applied from two months before, but only once. But the horror didn't end there. The client who was supposed to receive the services, which I had already paid for, ended up suing me for $10,000. I lost this case. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they refused, and once again tried to get me to update my card for the past due. Of which was the exact amount I had been double billed for. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company and its services.
