Flash forward 1 year and the price is doubled and when you disconnect they go ahead and automatically withdraw 79.95 and tell you that it was for the previous month. If your first month was free then you're paying upfront so how the hell can they charge you for an additional month? They aren't competitive with cable or Ting fiber. As far as resolving account issues get ready to be transferred to multiple departments and never get your problem solved. You've been warned about this scam service. I received text messages regarding the installation being on hold. When I talked to one customer rep, she doesn't know what is going on (her words exactly). She transfers me to someone else. The next rep tells me she doesn't know why it was delayed so I reschedule. Today was the last straw! What was suppose to be my installation date, I received another text message, this time with an explanation. A few hours later I received an email about another installation date. This is absolutely horrible and by far the worse internet company I have ever encountered.

I've tried icracked before with a related repair after hearing some mediocre reviews and honestly they have a ehh (2.5-3 stars) program but the people or "technicians" are horrible. I'm not sure how they passed through their program. He also does a little follow up just to make sure everything is good and asked if I could write a review if I felt that his work was decent and if I wanted to write the review.
