What a joke of a place. one guy I feel like was doing all the work. The other guy would take a customer get done with them and take 30 minutes to do who knows what. after that there were 10 people waiting to be seen. That same guy that works there didn't seem to know whether he was coming or going. Took someone that just got there and didn't have an appointment instead of taking the next person in the line up. This place needs to be better managed. also there were 2 workers behind the closed doors doing who knows what its spectrum what could you be doing?!? HORRIBLE read more

I was there 7-18-25 and had an appointment at 10:40am. I figured that was enough time to upgrade my phone from the 14 to the 16. I had to be at work at 12:30. The guy seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. He even asked if I wanted my contacts/pictures/apps transferred from my old phone to my new phone? Yes, of course I do, Why wouldn't I? Why would that even be a question. needless to say I didn't get to work on-time and was still in there at 1PM... they need more people working there and those people need to be educated at what they're doing. be prepared to wait at least 2 to 3 hours if you go in that store. read more

Everyone had to wait a very long time to even be seen, there was only two workers working each stand even though there was atleast 5 workers going back and forth to the back and then coming back and switching it was way to busy to only have 2 people working a stand. Then a man was in there when we arrived mind you we arrived and they told us we had to call a number and then come back after we have already waited 30 minutes to be seen so we go home and handle other business and come back and here we're waiting even longer and that gentleman was still waiting. The manager lady comes out and she's just watching everyone not even helping so the guy ask her why he's waiting so long I'm not completely sure what was really said in the beginning but eventually this lady snaps and she's yelling beck at this customer who genuinely just wants to know what is going on so here we go now customer and manager are both arguing in the store and this is just ridiculous the things she said is just not the way to go. There are ways to talk to a customer even if they are wrong which in this case he was right he had every right to feel a way for waiting that long and she doing nothing. "She yells well if it's such a problem take it to ups store", "sir you have not been waiting hours" "that's not true", " no you haven't"like that's not right at all. I'm a manager at my own store in Apex I deal with crappy people all the time but you don't see us yelling back at customers. fix this immediately. The worst...spent over an HOUR trying g to downgrade to internet only last month. .then spent 3 separate calls to them trying to right my bill...now I'm in-store returning equipment because I've switched to Verizon they were cheaper for same service and my appointment was almost 20 minutes ago...there are 8 people waiting for help...there were 10 but 2 left...1 guy working one guy walking around and walking into the back room doing nothing.....so glad I'm done with this place....I just aserted myself and jumped in after someone left because my appt was 20 minutes ago so I'm going through this process while writing this review!! The worst internet in fuquay varina, steer clear if your looking for a provider and have people that play video games. Absolutely horrible. One time someone hit a spectrum box with their car and they had to hook it up to a generator that would run out of gas. And it would go off every 8 hours. Now it just continuously disconnects me from my game. Very very frustrating. If I could put some swear words in here I certainly would read more

I just needed to return my modem and they told I needed to wait an hour or go to UPS then call spectrum. I don't understand why something that should take a minute would take that long. DO NOT GET SPECTRUM they ask you a billion questions why you're canceling then try to convince you to get phone service and it's an hours long process. read more

I went to the store to return equipment, only one guy working there with long lines of people waiting, after waiting only to drop off a xumo box finally it's my turn... the guy scan my equipment and asked for a signature then gave me a receipt. Well... next day (today) my internet service has been disconnected! I contacted spectrum trough chat services and the lady insisted that I owed money that I have a past due of $113 and that I needed to pay for a reconnection and that there was nothing else she could do until I paid. Mind you this supposed "$113" is for this running month and today is the 1st, I still have 30 days of service before have to pay, not only that, since I removed services hence I return the tv box I'm only supposed to pay $60 she still insisted that I had to pay $113 in order to reconnect! I told her I paid my bill yesterday and she said that I still owed more money! I ditch her chat and called customer service trough the phone, the gentleman who helped me in less than 10 minutes figured out my service was disconnected, supposedly because I "OWED" them equipment, that the Xumo tv box I returned yesterday wasn't properly scanned and now they have to open an investigation for a couple days and find the equipment I have receipt for returning it in order to restore my services unless I went back to the store and figured it out myself. This people are nuts!!!! They cannot contact the store to resolve the issue, nooo I have to go myself and question where is the equipment I turned in already and hope that they can find it and "properly" scan it so I can call back customer service and have them verify and hopefully restore my internet services! There is one person working here with a very long line in queue. High prices, poor service.

I signed into the waitlist and was removed and had to re-add myself to the queue. Once name was called, he never greeted hisself and used body language to ask "what do you want". I started the verbal conversation and told the man I came in to get a mobile phone if it's in stock. He was looking at me up and down,honey !!! I felt so little in my own body ! He proceed to state, if I was transferring data he didn't want to assist. I told him, I did not need help with transferring. He goes to the stock room to get the iPhone 14 pro max. Later on, I notice he is taking a picture of my ID and he says "ohhh, it's saying I can't give you the phone in person but get shipped out to the address on file." He started laughing saying you know with iPhones people be trying to "haha" so iPhones take a bit longer to get verified "haha".... I used to work for mobile phones and he was basically was trying to say I was not who I said I am. I called back in the call center to ask why and they did not know why he told me he couldn't give me the device in person !!! So I sent a complaint and canceled my order !!! Listen. I don't wanna say race played a factor BUT I was the only one of color who was told I couldn't get the device in person and YES IT WAS IN STOCK AND IT WAS ON THE COUNTER !!! The people that worked for spectrum on the phone has no clue why this store told me this and it was weird !!! BUT GO TO ANOTHER STORE !!!! Horrible and internet goes out daily. Very hard when working remote. It shouldn't go out regularly and several times a day.

These guys are criminals with their lack of service. The worst customer service ever. I just frustrated dealing with these people. I had to switch to TING due to the Rave reviews from my neighbors. I cancelled Spectrum and was not given a refund for any used days of service which was 27 days. Again criminals and they bill you the equipment the same day tou cancel so they don't give a grace period to return the equipment such as 7 days. They lost me forever. read more

Spectrum is horrible to deal with. I have had no phone service since Tuesday, November 17th when Spectrum deactivated my phone. I have spent hours on the phone and at the store in an attempt to resolve the problem. No one has an answer for why they cannot reactivate my phone. Each department blames another department for the problem. I've even attempted to transfer my Service to another carrier and Spectrum won't release the IMEI so the new carrier can activate my phone.
