His pricing is lower than most but higher than the cheapest. But I'm willing to pay extra to guarantee an actual apple replacement screen and for the lifetime warranty thing that he does. I've tried icracked before with a related repair after hearing some mediocre reviews and honestly they have a ehh (2.5-3 stars) program but the people or "technicians" are horrible. I'm not sure how they passed through their program. He also does a little follow up just to make sure everything is good and asked if I could write a review if I felt that his work was decent and if I wanted to write the review. Well I'm saying, GO TO THIS GUY! He will not let you down I promise!

As someone who was getting their tv mounted for the first time he talked through all the decisions of height, tilt, and how to minimize wall damage in our rental with me and gave me his expert recommendations given the layout of our room. He also went above and beyond for wire concealment and mounted our AT&T and roku boxes and power strip to the back of our tv to ensure the mounting was sleek and most importantly safe with all cords out of reach for our baby! He was also very thorough with each step, allowed me to inspect it to make sure I was satisfied, and ensured he cleaned up before he left. Highly recommend Ivan and his team!

This company has to have the WORST customer service ever. First, they couldn't understand that I wanted to cancel a repair visit by the tech and repeated said they would cancel the service - how many times in ONE CONVERSATION do you have to explain it? Then they connect you to the service department, who after 7 minutes of nonsense says OK they have canceled the request for repair. Then the next day at 9 AM sharp the tech shows up (TWO DAYS EARLIER than he would have been supposed to, had the visit not been canceled). The customer service is completely worthless and dangerously inept. Oh and now my billing "pay by" date has mysteriously been moved up by a half a month.
