My best advise GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me, Dylan (who is supposedly the manager) will never call you back. When you ask for a Regional Manager, you'll be told that they don't have one. When you escalate to have someone higher up call you back, NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK!

Customer service even said this store was not a real AT&T store after looking at the representative that logged into my account. Don't waist your time or your accounts security going here.
