They always had new items and staff was great. There was a girl that I think was the manager and some guy who's always rude. ever since the girl left it's been a total crap show. The guy that's there now who's name I don't even know seems to forget they have the hours of operation posted. in the past 3 weeks I've gone there 5 times Twice about 1 and nobody was there but the sign said open, once about 7pm and they were closed with the sign again saying open and two times in the late afternoon when he was actually there. I guess they don't care about making money The posted hours are noon til 8pm. He's extremely rude and didn't even get off the couch or stopped watching TV until I asked him if he was the employee to which he answered "do you see anyone else here?" Honestly I think he was high on something because he had a bag that looked like a Fanny pack full of pill bottles and pill bottles all over a table they have there. I asked him a question about a tank I have and the coils for it and I guess it bothered him to stop watching TV to answer my question. I walked out and haven't returned nor do I plan on returning. I drove down the road to a shop called Lawndale Smoke & Vape and they actually took the time to listen and answer my questions. They didn't have the coils I needed but they placed an order for me and had the coils about 3 days later. I ended up spending about $250 on a new mod, Tank, coils and juice. That will be my new shop for EVERYTHING Vape related. Had the waste of human space at Valiant taken the time to do his job I would have spent my money there. I guess he's just there to do his hours and go home with selling and customer service being optional. AVOID THE FRUSTRATION AND RUDENESS AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

He was very helpful and took the time to answer questions and suggested I call his assistant manager Vicki at the store to find out exactly what they had in stock. Glad I did... she was very personable, friendly and helpful, and even agreed to take my order over the phone securing it until my arrival in town in 2 weeks. Now that's customer service. The first incident occurred on January 9, when this employee refused to serve me and escalated the situation by calling the police, despite me being calm and simply attempting to make a purchase. I later returned and was served without issue by different employees, confirming there was no legitimate ban or problem with my behavior. However, on January 11 at approximately 2:00 PM, I returned again and the same employee immediately refused to serve me and falsely stated that I am "banned from all locations." This has never been communicated by management, and I was served as recently as the day before by other staff. I simply said "Hi" before she made this statement. This employee is the only person who has ever treated me this way, and her actions are now interfering with my ability to shop at my neighborhood store. It's disappointing, especially because I would prefer to continue supporting this business rather than take my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this issue, as the inconsistency and hostility from one staff member reflects poorly on an otherwise decent store.
