09/10/19 - We thought things couldn't get worse. They did…read more We discovered over the weekend that a plastic piece on the top of the right hand door was broken. Yesterday my wife called the repair and service number. After navigating a seemingly endless set of choices, each of which asked whether she wanted to speak English or Spanish, she was put on hold for 35 to 40 minutes to speak with a customer service representative. She spoke with Christopher. When she was able to convey the issue, he told her that he would put her on a "brief" hold. Over 30 minutes later, he came back on the line. He apologized and she asked why she was on hold so long. After all 30 minutes is not a "quick" hold. He said he had to communicate what was broken. He then told her that someone would call to set up an appointment. She asked when they would call. He repeated that someone would call to set up an appointment. She asked her question again since he didn't answer the question the first time she asked. Today my wife received a phone call to tell her there is no plastic piece on the top right door of the refrigerator because that's where they put the coolant in. Of course, we have pictures which show the glue and the place were the piece screws in, but somehow someone knows, without bothering to look at the refrigerator that our claim is bogus. Absolutely amazing. I don't know what our recourse is from here. Conn's, if you read this, the ticket number is 901328 FYI ... I emailed the Conn's people who commented on my earlier review and included pictures. That apparently opens a ticket. They sent me a link - but, when I click on it, it's not found ... Sigh.

Purchased a living room set and discovered a defect in the material on couch, loveseat and chair…read more They refused to replace it after paying almost $3000 cash. Bad thing about it is they came in and set it up so they had to see it!!! I have never had this problem when buying furniture. Don't buy from them and if you do inspect every inch before they leave!!! I'll see them in court.
