DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!! This shop went to crap since the girl left. I've been going here for about a year now. At first I loved going to this shop. They always had new items and staff was great. There was a girl that I think was the manager and some guy who's always rude. ever since the girl left it's been a total crap show. The guy that's there now who's name I don't even know seems to forget they have the hours of operation posted. in the past 3 weeks I've gone there 5 times Twice about 1 and nobody was there but the sign said open, once about 7pm and they were closed with the sign again saying open and two times in the late afternoon when he was actually there. I guess they don't care about making money The posted hours are noon til 8pm. He's extremely rude and didn't even get off the couch or stopped watching TV until I asked him if he was the employee to which he answered "do you see anyone else here?" Honestly I think he was high on something because he had a bag that looked like a Fanny pack full of pill bottles and pill bottles all over a table they have there. I asked him a question about a tank I have and the coils for it and I guess it bothered him to stop watching TV to answer my question. I walked out and haven't returned nor do I plan on returning. I drove down the road to a shop called Lawndale Smoke & Vape and they actually took the time to listen and answer my questions. They didn't have the coils I needed but they placed an order for me and had the coils about 3 days later. I ended up spending about $250 on a new mod, Tank, coils and juice. That will be my new shop for EVERYTHING Vape related. Had the waste of human space at Valiant taken the time to do his job I would have spent my money there. I guess he's just there to do his hours and go home with selling and customer service being optional. AVOID THE FRUSTRATION AND RUDENESS AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

I live out of the area looking for a specific brand that's been hard to find. After connecting through the mfg they pointed me to a few retail stores in the Greensboro area and I connected with Derek the owner of Valiant Vapors on Yelp. He was very helpful and took the time to answer questions and suggested I call his assistant manager Vicki at the store to find out exactly what they had in stock. Glad I did... she was very personable, friendly and helpful, and even agreed to take my order over the phone securing it until my arrival in town in 2 weeks. Now that's customer service. I went to this shop Oct. 30. I explained to the girl that was working that day that I had been having trouble with my mod & tank & that I had been told 10 different things of what was wrong with it by different vape shops & all I wanted was a mod & tank that worked properly. One that didn't burn my coils up, but that I also wanted something I liked aesthetically. I know I'm weird, & there wasn't a mod in there I loved by looks, but she gave me advice based on what I told her I wanted, & I liked one of the ones she recommended. So I bought it. She then told me I had 14 days if I kept the receipt to decide if it worked for me. I had a friend with me who heard these words as well & can attest to it. The mod worked fine, but didn't have enough pull for me & it also ran thru a battery in about 4 hours which is unacceptable to me. I carry extra batteries with me, but still, it just didn't have enough power or longevity. I only used the mod a couple days before going back to my previous one, & didn't have a chance to return it til yesterday (Nov. 12, still within the 14 days). The same girl was working & tried to return it, but had to call the manager, Matt, to figure out how to. He refused to let me return it. Apparently they have a sign up saying no returns unless the mod is defective. Well, in my opinion, it is defective cause it doesn't work well. At least not for me. Not only that, but the sign is off to the side where I never saw it & was told the opposite by the girl who sold it to me. I understand that maybe I should've paid more attention to the many signs they have up on the walls, but really? Who goes into a place to purchase something & stops to read every sign?? The mod is perfectly fine to be put back on display & sold to someone else. I even offered to take a store credit & he said no. Now I'm stuck with a mod that I don't want & will not use. I am a small, local business owner & it baffles me when others don't know what good customer service looks like. Completely ridiculous. Have some common sense & decency. read more

My fiance and I came in today on a whim. I ended up buying my first vape and some juice. Matt helped us and was very knowledgeable and patient explaining the different options to me and helped make sure I got exactly what I wanted in a vape. A few other customers came in after us and he politely told them he would be with them as soon as possible. Even with others waiting he didn't make us feel rushed to make a decision or purchase. My fiancé bought himself a new vape and juice because he was so impressed with the customer service. We'll definitely be back! read more

My son introduced me to this Great shop. I'm on the road a Lot and visit local Vape shops all over the nation. This is family owned and run. Kelsey was so welcoming. I took my wife up and got her a pretty Pink sub-ohm and Kelsey was So nice and helpful. Lots of quality liquids, tanks, and everything you need. In my opinion, shop and buy local and keep the economy going. No chain stores for me. read more

The mod that I had broke on me so I needed to buy a replacement. found the shop and I was super happy. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. In the end I left extremely satisfied and now I know a new shop that I can tell all of my friends about! read more
