It was a sad and stressful time for us. Olivia helped us with pricing, packing, and mailing two boxes of large framed items and a small mahogany chest back to our home in California. Working with Olivia was one of the best customer service experiences we've had in a long time. We weren't 100% sure what we wanted, or if the chest could even be shipped this way. She gave us packing, insurance, and shipping estimates and assured us that she would personally take care of everything. A line of other customers developed behind us, and she never rushed us or became flustered. That was on a Monday. Everything was delivered to our home on Thursday in perfect condition.
