I have been going to this business for YEARS and they are fabulous!! I can't believe someone said they were rude. Must have been having a bad day for sure. Steve, the owner is a true professional and Tony, who is the former owner, still works there is great also! I also have my business mailbox there as well... They are a very busy place but they still find time to say hello. LOVE them :) read more

Great place to get things mailed, staff is very helpful and friendly - Jeffrey especially

Way over priced. Told me the cheapest way to shop was $15.00 for a very small envelope, looked only and shipped with tracking for $4.15. only ship here if in a huge hurry or convenience. Not sure how 3.5x is good for the customer. read more

You'll pay for convenience! If you're in a hurry, or just don't want to go to the USPS, FedEx, or UPS locations, you can use AIM...just be prepared to pay! After sending out packages a couple of tomes, I thought the cost was a bit high. A couple of weeks ago, I stopped to send out a package and they gave me a price if $12.75, I decided not to use them and took it to the FedEx office. It was only $7.15 at FedEx. Yesterday I had a 5x7 envelope with a laminated piece of paper, actually a confederate $100 bill in a protective sleeve, that I just wanted to send via USPS. They told me the least expensive way to send it would be $2.75. I questioned it and he told me "that he had to weigh it". Itwas lighter than most birthday cards! Really? I declined, then took it to the USPS and it was $.55 cents! I can understand they need to make money, but jacking the price up 500%? They advertise "USPS"..."FedEx"..."UPS" all over their front windows, my perspective on this, if you're going to use their names, use their rates! read more

Mailed a card here on Monday; woman at the desk was very helpful and ensured I chose the most economical shipping while also ensuring prompt delivery. Thanks! read more

I go here often to ship stuff! They are always so wonderful and helpful , and the whole staff is always so kind!

Recently, my daughter dropped off all her graduation announcements that were addressed and stamped! She forgot she had a few with just names written on them so she could hand deliver them later. One of them she thankfully put our return address on. Rick at AIM found them before they went out for delivery with out knowing our dilemma and he mailed the ones with the names only back to us! This was so thoughtful and kind on his part! I've been going here for years and always excellent service! I want to give a shout out to some awesome people down there! read more

Always super helpful and efficient. For notarizing, sending packages, buying Melissa and Doug gifts, stamps, etc.

everyone in here is so sweet!! i run a small business and always have tons of packages and they gladly take them all! :)

I do business with these guys all the time. They never have a long line, and I have shipped a lot of high value packages for my job with them. I never worry about did they package it correctly. Just today I had my passport photo taken and they helped me to finish my paperwork on getting it submitted to the state department. I pay a slightly higher price for their service but in my opinion...you get what you pay for. They have that extra touch of care in their work, and it shows. I also drop off postage pre-paid packages regularly, never had a issue, and the bin at the front of the store makes it quick and easy to be in and out. read more

I went to AIM because I needed a document signed with a Notary Public witness. The gentleman at the store was very polite and helpful while we tried to find a second witness. He then notarized both documents and remained very polite, even though we arrived a little bit before closing time. He could not mail out next day, because his last pick up had already happened, but he told us where we could go to get that done. We were very impressed with the service. read more
