This is what I've seen so far: Missing items (I want these back): * 1 brown wicker cabinet w/4 drawers (2 on top, 20-1/2" W x 29-1/2 H x 16" D) (see attached which is similar). * 2 big boxes of books/miscellaneous. Furniture has damage (see attached). Squashed and ripped boxes (see attached). Footprints/marks on medicine containers (see attached). Dirt/marks on larger decorative bins (see attached). I reached out to Brandon several times to resolve this to no avail. Then there were disparaging messages from him (see attached). He says I'm a messy old lady (see attached). Initially he said that he'd get a claim started but has just disappeared and will not respond to anything. Also his voicemail isn't even set up. It's now been over a month. On the day of the move, it started out fine and the guys were nice but as the day wore on, Dallas and his other mover got slow and sloppy. My box of dishes tumbled several feet off of a dolly, my couch was dropped off a dolly on the floor, my furniture wasn't properly wrapped and they weren't even efficient. It took several hours longer than it should have and I was charged by the hour despite poor service. Not to mention, the 2nd guy did nothing when Dallas wasn't looking, he mostly sat around until Dallas told him what to do. I'm really disappointed in the whole experience and would not recommend them at all to anyone.

The helpful folks at PostalAnnex took the time to separately copy, so that the highlighted pages were color-copied for legibility. They also took the order, and my phone number, and called us when the order was ready. The price for the copies was very reasonable, as well. I highly recommend Postal Annex, and would definitely use them again.
