When I got bedspread home and took it out the packaging I discover they just jammed it inside the plastic packing bad with no attempt to fold it. It was so wrinkled and bundled up ! Took it back to the store and spoke to the manager. They attempted a second cleaning in which they did do a better job. HERE IS THE KICKER ! after removing the two pillow shams I discovered that they completely ripped off the border of one of the shams .. See attached photographs!!
