I would highly recommend this place to whoever needs to do laundry! They use a easy to use laundry pay app! You can load funds directly on the app using your credit card or through a wall machine in the facility! The facility is clean and there's always an attendant available! Today I asked the attendant to help me load fines on my app! She was extremely friendly! In addition, there are several people wearing masks - although there is No sign in the entrances that say masks are required! I would highly recommend putting up signs that say masks are required as a way to protect public health. read more

First time I ever went I had 13 of my blankets stolen.... I had called and gone by 4 or more times everytime I went I was told that they needed a manager to get in the "back" room for the other clothes and blankets they hold. Secondly, The staff was extremely rude and all but laughed In my face. I finally had a day off after trying for TWO weeks to get a manager... I was told by the manager they don't have any blankets. they don't hold blankets only clothes. She was rude and short with me. The were several hundred dollars worth of blankets that were "stolen" or thrown away. I was not offered any sympathy or offered compensation for my stolen property. I thought this was a safe place to wash my stuff.... Guess not. read more

This is probably the cleanest, up-to-date laundry mat I've ever been to in my life. I came here because I didnt want to wait forever at our hotel's guest laundry and saw this place was nearby. This is the first laundry place I've heard of that uses an app and scanner to pay for the machines in addition to having the option of using coins. The staff here are beyond helpful with getting started if you've never been there. The washers are very advanced and take only 30 minutes and do a double extraction method so your clothes only need to dry 20 minutes or less. The dryers are insanely quick. I had a medium load of laundry that took only 9 minutes to completely dry. So in total it took me about 40 minutes to do laundry as compared to the hotel or regular washers/dryers where you're there for at least 1-2 hours. I highly recommend coming here if you need a place to do laundry that's not only affordable, but really fast in a clean/modern atmosphere. read more

Unfortunately, for me, I'll drop by here to dry a few items on Saturday night. After over 20 minutes of waiting for my clothes to get dry, and I'm not being dry at all I went and spoke to the attendant. She informed me that the dryer is broken and that she could give me some more dryer time. After waiting another 15 minutes for her to come back and do what she promised. I decided to go ahead and start my clothes again with my mobile app in a different dryer assuming that she might have forgotten. After I finish drying my clothes I walked up to the counter and told her that I just needed the credit to be put back on my account to replace the time I had used. After making up every excuse, she could possibly could. I asked her to call the manager and she informed me that she cannot get a hold of anyone. I didn't ask her who was going to close the store and she said that she was the one that would be doing that tonight. As I tried to continue my conversation with her, she rudely walked away on four different occasions in the middle of my conversation to help other customers and never finished with me one time. Then she started telling me she would just have to call the authorities are if I continue to harass her. I told her that would be a good thing because perhaps I could explain to her that she was an idiot and not comprehending that I just wanted my money back for the faulty dryer. I walked out, realizing that she was overworked and probably underpaid and definitely lacking a knowledge to be in the position they had left her in. Unfortunately I have to blame this on upper management as I never heard back from them today even though I left my name and number when they could've easily resolve this problem for me as a regular customer for over two years. I love the one on Howell but the one in Greer the male attendant is very rude and condescending towards women I noticed not sure if it's a cultural thing but makes for a very unpleasant visit. Especially to a regular customer. There are nicer was to help someone than making them feel that they are bothering you. I ask for top of washing machine to be cleaned ( previous customer put powdered detergent in to where the liquid goes .I took piece out to be cleaned thoroughly but attended claims that not how you do it. Just to take it to the back and half assed clean. It still hadn't turned it on, and I end up cleaning out all the detergent myself. Not the first time I've been to AN Indian on establishment I've been treated a certain type of way must do better, especially if you're going to be in business here in America. read more

My washer and dryer broke so I came to this place considering all the good reviews. I had a friend tell me what app to download and how to use the app and such. And when I started my first load (which was 8 dollars,this is what made me upset with her), I couldn't figure out how to change the water temp to hot because I was washing all bedding in my home. So I asked her politely for help and she basically said "well I don't know, you used to be able to change the temp like this". So she had no idea how to do it and basically said there is nothing she could do, my money was lost because I had to change to an entirely different washer. So I asked for a manager to speak with about seeing if he could refund me the 8 dollars since I ended up spending 16 dollars on one load. She said "ok meet me at the desk and I will give you his contact info". She walked out and about a minute later walked back and asked "what do you expect us to do? I didn't mess it up, you did!" I responded "okay, you are being really rude. Just please give me the managers contact info". She walked away and laughed and said "you're not getting shit". And continued to ignore me. I was so uncomfortable being here the entire hour I waited for my laundry. This is the nicest laundromat I've seen. It's very clean; they dust mop like every hour or so. All of the machines and folding tables are regularly wiped down so the place always looks brand new. I have only seen one machine marked out of order and it was repaired by my next visit five days later. My clothes look and smell clean and the dryers are fast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The best part, though, is that you can pay with an app, so no more quarters! read more

Never seen a laundromat like this!Immaculately clean, with wide aisles and large, clear signage. It makes me think of an IKEA store. Tons of washers and dryers, all in perfect condition. Super helpful and friendly staff. One entire wall is glass, making the whole place bright and cheerful. They do have a wash-and-fold service, and you can also pay by downloading an app. read more
