We understand businesses have closing procedures and cutoff times. That wasn't the issue. Our clothes were already in the dryers and already finished drying around 9:12 PM. I walked to the door simply to retrieve them -- not stay inside folding clothes or holding up closing. The employee locked the door and refused to let us quickly grab our things, telling us we'd have to return in the morning. I explained that I have an autistic daughter and needed her clothes tonight, but there was still no flexibility or compassion shown. Policies matter, but customer service and basic humanity matter too. Especially in a neighborhood where many families already deal with enough stress and rely on laundromats out of necessity, not convenience. We'll know the rules going forward, but this interaction left a really bad impression.

Even though we came slightly before the washing machines shut off, we were informed of the time frame and it was still okay to come and go before closing. We ended up getting food next door and were able to bring it back; they have a window bar and seating outside to relax, while waiting for laundry. The place is also very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of machines and different sizes to choose from. No quarters needed; you can just tap your phone to pay! Great experience here and I love that you can choose the timeframe on the machines, rather than it being a set time. Not super expensive either. We'll definitely be back!

First off, folding laundry is my least favorite household thing that needs to happen. I use to think it was laundry but its actually the folding part that I loathe. Bending over a dryer and folding piece by piece.. yes I'm not the house care taker. I called Tona today early this morning and she happily answered the phone. Shes polite and professional and kind. Shes not overly bubbly. Shes just honest and real. She happily agreed to meet me here just a couple of hrs later with dirty clothes in hand. Upon arrival, you go to the area marked for drop off service. Its a small office. She weighs your laundry. Whatever the weight is , is what you pay. $1 per pound. To give you a good idea- I had 2 LARGE basket sizes of laundry, it weighed 26 pounds. - washer - dryer - fold - you can bring your soap or use hers My laundry was finished in less than two hrs. If you work long hours, barely get enough time with the family, using the drop off service is well worth it. It really frees your energy and your time up. And creates that time for you to use somewhere else that its needed. You can't go wrong with this service. This is the first laundry place I've heard of that uses an app and scanner to pay for the machines in addition to having the option of using coins. The staff here are beyond helpful with getting started if you've never been there. The washers are very advanced and take only 30 minutes and do a double extraction method so your clothes only need to dry 20 minutes or less. The dryers are insanely quick. I had a medium load of laundry that took only 9 minutes to completely dry. So in total it took me about 40 minutes to do laundry as compared to the hotel or regular washers/dryers where you're there for at least 1-2 hours. I highly recommend coming here if you need a place to do laundry that's not only affordable, but really fast in a clean/modern atmosphere.
