Fans are only circulating hot air, leaving employees and customers sweating in miserable conditions. No one should have to work or do laundry like this. What's even more disappointing is they are failing to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the café owner, her employees, and all of us customers. The café owner is amazing and deserves so much better. She serves some of the best coffee in town, delicious food, and even offers the convenience of a drive-thru. She has created a wonderful business despite the unbearable conditions. It's time for the property owner to hurry and Fix the air conditioning. The people who work there and the customers who support these businesses deserve far better.

I like that there are employees on site & I'm happy they were able to answer my questions! Even though we came slightly before the washing machines shut off, we were informed of the time frame and it was still okay to come and go before closing. We ended up getting food next door and were able to bring it back; they have a window bar and seating outside to relax, while waiting for laundry. The place is also very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of machines and different sizes to choose from. No quarters needed; you can just tap your phone to pay! Great experience here and I love that you can choose the timeframe on the machines, rather than it being a set time. Not super expensive either. We'll definitely be back!

I noticed that I was not discounted. I went back in and was told my 1 year deal ended in March or April this year. (All she had to do was tell me my membership had expired when I dropped my jacket off and then sell me a new one.) She said no, no apology, no hint of consideration, so I left. I have tried to overlook the way this place is kept but I cannot any longer. It's beyond dirty; it's filthy. Machines are broken, dirt on the floor and cobwebs everywhere. The older people try to keep it clean but it doesn't help. I'm sure they do as much as possible but this place needs professional cleaning. It appears the owners don't care to take care of it or don't want to invest the money it needs to make it better. I cannot come back here anymore. When I took my comforter out of the dryer and was going to fold it, a corner slightly touched the floor and when I grabbed it, the dirt on the floor already got the corner dirty. I will go somewhere else from now on. And some of the dry cleaners use the washer and dryer for some items brought to the dry cleaners.
