I received excellent customer service when returning a very heavy Amazon package. The staff was efficient, professional and friendly. They helped to cover the labels and finished sealing the box. I purchased items for inventory for my small business and had them dropped at UPS to package and ship them to me. Paid UPS nearly $500 to deliver 3 boxes of several thousands of dollars worth of yarn to me. On the day it was to be delivered it suddenly said there was damage and they were being returned to the sender. Apparently they were set in a puddle of water and became soaked. I was able to get 1 of the 3 boxes delivered to my home; however the other two went back across the United States to South Carolina (I live in Oregon). I explained this to sooooooooooo many people and got all around horrible customer service. The UPS store now has my yarn and is the one inspecting my package and telling me if my item is damaged or not. Since when did you guys be one experts on yarn? This could have all been prevented with a plastic bag. Aren't you guys supposed to be shipping experts??!???? Anyway long story short my small business is devastated by this! My money has been tied up in this yarn for a month now and still I don't have my yarn or a clear resolution to this. Thelady at the UPS store is claiming there is no damages to the two boxes that they received back. Seriously? Why would it have been returned? Cut to today and I get an email from the UPS store acting like they are doing me some favor by reshipping my yarn to me free of charge and a month late or refund what I paid for the items at auction at a price which I will be unable to replace the yarn. This is unbelievable. You have destroyed my small business with your uncaring unprofessional attitude! read more

The staff at this location is top-notch...all are very knowledgeable and helpful. Despite living near the Greer location, I routinely go to this Taylors location - it's very busy but the experienced staff moves people through with such efficiency, my wait (if there is one) is ALWAYS shorter than other locations. I recenting won a lot of table linens from Wham Auctions with a winning bid of $1.85. The next day I left for a two week vacation the next. When I returned I was reviewing my expenses and realized that my account had not been charged shipping for my win. I contacted Mel at Wham Auctions who contacted Katie at the UPS Store and learned that they had been trying to get in touch with me to get the rest of my billing information. Because of a communication problem I drew a wrong conclusion as to the cost of the shipping but Katie came up with a reasonable solution and my items are en route to me. Katie is very professional and willing to work with you regarding any problem that may arise as a result of their services. That is why I gave a five star rating. read more

Went in for copy since my printer wasn't working. Charged me for shipping (which was already paid for). When I questioned the manager she called me a cheap ass and threw a dollar bill at me.(yes I threw it back at her and left) Went to fedex where they charged me 0.20 per copy as opposed to $2.50 at this store. How rude can you get? Don't go here. Drive a little further to fedex and save yourself the aggravation. read more

if you are not born in the united states or with a green card do not go to this place. they discriminate against you for not having an American ID. I went to notarize as I always do in banks in the United States with my passport, even with other notaries, and the manager and the notary simply refused. I recently won some bids on an auction, prior to bidding I called this UPS store at the auction company suggestion, got answers to my questions. Once I won items in the auction I called them to let them know. They happily picked up my items for me and had ordered a special box for one of my items. It so happened that I won a Pool table on an auction before they had the chance to ship, so while we were up there picking up the pool table we stopped by the UPS store and picked up my other items. EVERY item I had bought was fragile, my items were all wrapped carefully in bubble wrap awaiting the box. EVERY person that I have spoke with on the phone and EVERY person working in the store was extremely nice & always helpful! I will absolutely bid on auctions in the future and let these folks ship my items to me, they were fantastic! Communication through entire process was well above par! I highly recommend this particular UPS store, awesome people! read more

Ugh, I really want to give ole UPS a good review, but after multiple attempts, they haven't earned my badge of honor. Prices are always higher than anticipated, and the add on options just leave me baffled. Recently, I shipped a small clay sculpture, STRESSING it's fragility REPEATEDLY to the associate, and she REPEATEDLY stated how carefully they would wrap it. I can't say I was surprised when it arrived with broken pieces. When returning to the store afterward to inquire about the "insurance", you'd think I was attempting to file a lawsuit. The steps and loopholes were ridiculous and not worth the trouble. Twice I have watched them sit my item to the side, as opposed to prepared it for shipment as I'm standing there...being the only customer in the store. It just leaves me uneasy. And evidently, for good reason. I can't say that I won't return to the ups store, but I can no longer trust them to do the packaging. Al ship, no seal. read more

Lousy, lousy, lousy! I bought $1400 worth of fine jewelry from a local auction house who uses this UPS store to ship their items for buyers out of the area, and wow what a let down! First, I buy from all over the country and have used numerous UPS stores to ship my items and this store is at least X2 what I have paid anywhere else for a similar purchase! Second, I guess they don't like to be called out on their ridiculous prices because after I questioned their prices they took all of my items (fine jewelry), twisted the string tags on the items into a messy knot, threw it all in an un-padded plastic bag, put it in a box full of peanuts and sent it on its way.
