Three strikes. You're out. I used to do business with this UPS Store on East North Street because--convenience. Unfortunately, competence apparently isn't included with proximity. Their "oopsies" have been stacking up lately, so I've decided to relieve them of the heavy burden of handling our packages. The grand finale? Creative math. They somehow managed to intentionally inflate our package dimensions after the fact--resulting in a nice little surprise upcharge weeks later. Facts (since accuracy matters): ACTUAL exterior box size: 11.5" x 11.5" x 11.5" What they entered: 12" (correct) x 13" (WRONG!) x 12" (correct) That magical extra 13 inches--pulled seemingly from thin air--is what triggered the additional charge of $9.14. Funny how that works. Even funnier? This exact same stunt has now happened three times at this location. At that point it's no longer a mistake--it's a business model. So, congratulations on achieving the hat trick. You're fired. read more

I always return amazon items to this location. But today when I went in, the guy told me that I needed a box for the amazon item. I never did before. I will go somewhere else to return the items. read more

I have been a regular at the UPS Store East North, but after today's experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I've never encountered such poor and rude customer service in any establishment. I was in a long line of people doing simple Amazon returns, and I only needed to get a form notarized. After waiting patiently, the young man with glasses behind the counter informed me, in a dismissive tone, that he was the only one working and couldn't take the time to help me because the line behind me was too long. I even offered to step aside and wait for the line to die down, explaining that I needed the notarization that day, but he continued to refuse. While I waited, I watched him be equally rude to multiple other customers. After all that, he flat out told me he didn't want to help me that day, even though the task I asked for would have taken less time than processing the Amazon returns he had been handling. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. This person clearly needs training on how to interact with customers and should not be working in a customer-facing role until he learns basic courtesy and professionalism. Came here to drop off a few things. Quick and easy service without any issues. Parking lot can get a little busy would be the only downside.

I personally had nice experience at this store. Weekday parking lot was not too busy (Friday afternoon). The store was clean and the store had multiple associates to keep the line/wait time low. I did not wait long to get served. The store associates were kind and helpful. They greeted each person that walked in. I signed up for a mailbox and it was an easy/quick process. I've been to several different UPS stores around the U.S. and some of the workers are so rude. Not this one - you can tell they are well managed at this location. read more

He efficiently and adeptly worked through all the folks in the queue while offering polite, professional, kind and personable service to everyone. Fast and friendly, exactly what I needed on this snow day! Their competitor couldn't print my files due to computers being down (with no notice to customers). I was happy to find this clean and organized locations with helpful employees. The woman helping me showed me a printed proof before continuing with the large number of prints which I appreciated. The store offers shipping, packaging, and printing with cool cards for all occasions with some being pop-up for under $5 which I thought was fun! My 30 color copy flyers were around $13, $7 less than the previously mentioned competitor! Found my new go to store. read more

I came in with a bunch of boxes and odds and ends that I never expected could be sent without breaking, or without being in a huge box and costing my a fortune, but this guy Cody actually really knows what he is doing, he made ally stuff fit in a small box and not break and I just couldn't believe it, because he culda just made it huge and cost me more but he really cares about me and my money. In December of 2021, about the third week I ship a package to the Dominican Republic. About two weeks later the UPS send me a message telling me that my shipment was damaged. When I go to the store they told me that they didn't know, I ask for my refund, which is a considerable amount of money, the managers told me it will take couples of weeks. Never follow up, I come to the store and he said that he doesn't know when my money is going to be return. I'm not happy with the way he handled business! Someone should follow up with customers! OK, this 5-star review is long, long overdue! I've been using this UPS store for many, many years, so long I can't remember. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have a box here and today, Anna ran after me to give me my package, when they hadn't had a chance to put a notice in my box, because it had *just* come in ;-) That's just one example of many ways that they go the extra mile. This is a horrible place to ship from i make candles and had them shipped from here i made a clam over 3 months ago because what i shipped was damaged bad and the box was all beat up every time i ask about the claim i get the run around and get lied to after this i will never use this store anymore even the manager lied to me and keep saying y sorry but that doesn't help my situation at all i am about to take them to court its getting that serious read more

I shipped a package that arrived at the Greenville, SC location on Monday, October 11, 3:41 a.m. to be delivered on Tuesday, October 12. It is still sitting in the Greenville location. Seven days it has been sitting there waiting to be delivered. Igt cost me $63.00 for shipping and it coould have gotten there by UPS cheaper and quicker. Something is terrible wrong with the Greenville location. Awful Service. read more
