We visited this Staples location for the first time today. We were there to purchase printer ink, and, importantly, to return refillable ink cartridges. There is no return location where we live now, so we were glad to reconnect with Staples. There didn't seem to be many salespeople on the floor, but the check-out guy was super helpful. I recommend! read more

One of the worst stores I've ever been to. Incredibly rude staff, long checkout lines, unorganized and clutter everywhere.

The marketing supervisor at this staples is unmatched! If you are looking for quality printing, great customer service, and a dependable partner in your project, ask for Julius! I called him at the start of business with a had huge project I needed done before end of business and he made it happen + some! Highly recommend. read more

I don't know what we would do without our Staples store. Except for being understaffed, the staff works tirelessly to help us with all of our copying, printer, and computer tech-help needs. We're older and not great at IT stuff. They're always patient with us--which is a lot, and we're never disappointed with the outcome. We're very grateful. Special mention to Connor and Jamie: tech nerds extraordinaire! read more

Absolutely horrible service. Rude associates that care nothing about helping customers. printers malfunctioning, but nobody to help. An associate named Maya refused to help me even though the printer's color was completely mismatched. she told me I need to make an appointment. I need a refund. read more

Julian is great! He was so helpful printing earlier than what I expected. He was so friendly and excellent in helping me out.

I go here often, it's conveniently located downtown. But today I picked up 3 of the same item that rang up $8.99 each and the shelf price was $4.99. BIG difference which I fortunately caught! But I had to go back, take a picture of the SKU code and location where the item was hanging, returned to the front cashier and wait in line again! Cashier rung it up at the correct price but offered no apologies or assistance to find correct price. Imagine if even a small percentage of items in the store come up 50% more than the original price ~ what a deal they're getting! LESSON - know the price you're expecting to pay! Watch as it rings up everywhere NOT just this store . read more

Staples - Item purchased. - Office Equipment Near Me - Greenville, South Carolina

Walk in leaves all over the entryway. You never get a second chance at a first impression. Would have taken anybody two minutes to run the vacuum. It's only a matter of time before this store is done. Shelves looked bad, two people working. I felt bad for them. read more

Why have someone work in printing and ship it. Waiting forever just to return a package ontop of worst customer service. Meanwhile there's employees just walking around doing nothing read more

To store1801 on Mcbee Avenue. Clean your entryway and windows and consider new manager and additional training for staff. I was declined service due to "too many order waiting to be filled" (but only one attendant at counter). Greenville is growing and so should you so you do not lose a loyal customer like me. read more

While in town for work, I called Staples in advance for same day print job for 150 flyers. Courtney was the first sales associate to help me and he was very kind, helpful, and answered my questions. This review is not reflective of his customer service. However, when I went online to make the order, I noticed it said the order must be placed by 2 pm. It was now 3:30 pm. I called back in hopes of getting in touch with Courtney as he didn't mention there was a cut off time. I wanted to see if he could be flexible being that I called in advance and explained the print job needed for same day delivery. However, the call was answered by another sales associate (female working July 10th 2019 at 3:30 pm) who was very unhelpful. I explained the situation to her and that I called in advance to get information on same day print jobs - but the cut off time was never mentioned. She informed me that she would not be able to guarantee my print job would be ready by tonight as there are other print jobs queued. I understand we all have to wait our turn, but being that I called ahead and did not receive full information I hoped Staples customer service would respond in an accommodating manner. I really needed this print job delivered the same day and I reiterated to her the need and if I had been informed about the cut off time I would have placed in time. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor to see if they could approve an exception. She said there was no supervisor and placed me on hold. In all fairness, she did come back with a solution. She said I could come into the store and print them myself at the self serve section. I asked if there would be someone to assist me as I'm not familiar with printing. She said it's self-explanatory, but someone could help me. This is just my opinion. If a customer calls in advance for information on how to get a job done on the same day and is not given the single most important information to execute this, the team should think about the customer service and experience first - accommodate and deliver to the customer. Again, Courtney was very helpful and nice - not providing full information on "how to" could slip anyone's mind. However, how the sales associate dealt with it afterwards really says a lot about how you handle customers. Also, after reading more reviews on this location it seems there is a reoccurring issue with a rude sales associate. Finally, I decided to call ARC and even though they close at 5 pm (vs Staples closes at 9 pm) they were able to accommodate my last minute print job. read more

I am in town to produce an event and realized very last minute that my prints were never made. Angela was so incredibly helpful and made the experience so easy. The other team members were so helpful and on it the other two times that I had to go in despite manning the printing alone. If you're in a bind, or if you just want to get help from nice people, choose this spot for your printing (and other) needs. read more

Went in to get some Wedding Invitations Printed Week one: They wrote down my order and lost my jump drive Week two: Found jump Drive called me for proofs Week three: They printed the Invitations Week four: Came in to pick them up after they were cut The customer service wasn't terrible, but I believe the problem was that every time I visited or called it was a different person. I am happy with the quality of the prints which is why I am graciously giving a 2 star review. However taking an entire month for a simple print job is unacceptable. read more

When it comes to cellphone repair, I would give any and all future customers a big fat warning sign. Don't give into the good deal. Go to someone who knows what they are doing and will give you parr's that will actually work. Subpar construction and poor repair and is never worth the money. read more

Angela was so helpful , patient and more than willing to help me with my project. I am glad that she attended to me. The line grew long, I grew anxious but she assured me that she would finish with me first. I really appreciate all she did for me.... Thank you Angela...... read more

#Store 1801 DownTown So i went to staples and placed an order for some same day business cards. I was very pleased with the online options and the price was great for the cards that I PAID for and ordered . I called and confirmed with the store after i received my confirmation of my order, spoke with a pleasant young lady by the name of Angela that confirmed that my order would be ready by pick up by 8:30 pm (as my order form stated) and Id get an email. I choose same day for the convenience and the turnaround time was great also I had an event to attend that night. I missed my event because I got no card!! I called the morning of the 3rd and spoke with 2 people prior to speaking with Barry he was very rude continued to state that he was trying to help and I never got that from him. I never cursed raised my voice nor cut him off. I explained my issue and got no empathy at all.Coming from a major chain such as my exceptions were much more. I asked about getting my money refunded due to inconvenience and was told we have to get with my manager to submit a ticket and see if we can get it back today if not it will be 5 days.. I attempted to let him know my displeasure and was hung up on. I was very displeased called back and lucky I got Angela on the line she was more than helpful never spoke down on her co-worker but was more than happy to talk about fixing the issue and answered my questions with no hesitation. I applaud customer service as I've been in the industry for over 20yrs. In days that we are in it is awesome to see that some people still have that .Great Job Angela read more

I walked in at 7:30 pm for some copies to be made. Walked right up to the counter, was greeted by Courtney (I asked for her name) and asked her if it would be easier for me to make the copies. She immediately told me she would take care of it. She didn't waste my time and she was sweet. She had me out of there in no time! I asked what her name was because I like to give credit when it's due. I wish all my printing needs would be met like that. read more

Awful. Went in with a minor computer issue, they wanted to keep it over night (which I knew wasn't necessary). I knew I'd simply clicked a wrong box somewhere... Ended up taking to Geek Squad at Best Buy and the guy did exactly what I said needed to be done. Checked a box. The tech guys at Staples even left the screens open so the Geek Squad literally made ONE click! And he didn't charge me a dime. Thank you Geek Squad! Shame on you Staples! read more
