Later on, I wanted a direct line from our office upstairs to the router downstairs. Jasper went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it and that everything was working at its best. He even went to the store to get the specific CAT-6 cable with the color that we wanted. He was neat, efficient, earnest and, like Quintin, very knowledgeable and professional at what he does. Frustrating experience trying to reach the Greenville store…read more I was trying to make a fairly straightforward purchase decision on a $4,000+ MacBook Pro and needed to know whether the Greenville/Woodruff Road store actually had the computer in stock. I was surprised to discover that I couldn't simply call the physical store and speak with someone there. Instead, I was routed through Best Buy's centralized customer-service/live-agent system. The agent was not able to provide the kind of straightforward store-level assistance I was looking for. I understand that employees have policies and pricing they have to follow, but when a customer is specifically trying to find out whether a product is physically sitting in a local store, it seems unreasonable that there isn't a direct way to speak with that store. This is especially frustrating when you're considering spending several thousand dollars. Best Buy may have a reason for structuring its phone system this way, but from a customer's perspective, not being able to call the actual store is a major inconvenience. I would strongly prefer the ability to call the Greenville store directly and speak with an employee who can actually look at the inventory and answer a simple question.

My 2018 Macbook Pro would not start. Black screen of failure. IRevive told me that they would take a look inside and if they couldn't fix it there would be no charge. They repaired a capacitor on the fan circuit and replaced the battery which fixed the problem 100%. Instead of paying thousands for a new macbook, I spent less than $500 to fix my existing one. It runs as good as new. These folks know how all those tiny components on your apple circuit boards work, and they know how to fix them. They are kind and honest. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Turns out to be handy for replacement of this iPhone SE 2nd Gen for $75 deductible. We thought it was just a dead battery, so I was advised by the Asurion representative to take it to this location for evaluation, it was Monday. I was next in line. It took about 15 minutes for them to diagnose my phone and recommend the replacement option instead of a simple battery replacement. I contacted Asurion and received a phone in the mail on Tuesday. The box included materials to send the old phone back in a very simple process. It could not have been easier. Four stars only because their lobby had no seating area and had a video and audio commercial advertising their whole home insurance for every kind of device for only $25 per month. I also had to listen to the well crafted sales pitch each time I contacted them on the phone (twice). They ask what happened with the phone and ask leading questions about other devices in proximity and then try to sell you an insurance product on everything. They also make a big deal about prosecuting fraud, which makes one think that they could possibly be difficult to work with if your case is not just a straight up, straight forward, easy case. A 30 second looping advertisement, loudly broadcast, gets really old if you are waiting, even if it was only 15 minutes.
