I have mixed reviews about this location. There were a few times where I was the only one in the store and they won't say a word to me at all until I'm checking out. One time I came in and two ladies came in right after me. We all held the door for each other. The lady at the counter didn't say hi to me but went up to the ladies and said hey to them. I thought it was strange. I think it's also strange that this business doesn't allow pictures on their yelp business page. I normally have good experiences here. The store is clean and I love the selection of items. But I've had two separate encounters with the same employee who just doesn't seem nearly as courteous as her coworkers. She brushes off any question I seem to ask by telling me to check online or call later. Her attitude made me feel like I was intruding so I simply left the store without making my intended purchases. I don't know if she's just having some tough days but I do hope it gets better for her. I'd love to return to the inviting atmosphere I'm used to. read more

There was a sign outside the store's door this morning that indicated masks were available if a shopper doesn't have one. Imagine my surprise when I entered and found that neither employee had a mask on nor was there a barrier at the cash register. In addition, I couldn't find a card portraying a Black man or woman. I asked one of the employees and walked with her as she pulled two small boxes of Mahogany brand cards from a closed drawer at the bottom of a display. read more
