All I asked for is for her to check the balance on my gift card apparently I didn't go thru the line correctly there was one customer waiting at the time with product to purchase and I assumed they could use a self checkout since I can't use that to check balance on a gift card I went to a register by the time I got to Loretta she told me with an attitude I needed to wait in line and at that point there were multiple people in line waiting.
