All had long lines. The second complaint deals with the cashier at my register. She was chatty with customers she seemed to know, and then she proceeded to answer her phone and begin texting while we waited. I made a comment and she rudely answered, "I'm dealing with a customer." I don't understand why management would send phone calls to the register during busy times or even why they would allow cashiers to have cell phones at the register. She was rude to me during the entire check-out. To make matters worse, today I opened a dozen eggs and three were cracked. Yes, I blame her as they were not cracked when I bought them. My final complaint is I have called the store on several occasions to complain. The first time they answered but when directed I said register, the phone went dead. Other times they did not answer. Out of professionalism, I'm not going to describe the cashier publicly, but I would do so if someone would answer the phone. I go to Wal Mart to save money and no other reason, but after this experience, Publix is looking pretty good.
