I come here for products only Target carries, hence the extra star. Even though it's a mile from my house, I prefer Walmart. Why? For instance, the cashier I had this week was simultaneously checking her phone, talking to another associate, and scanning products on the belt, but completely ignoring the fact that I was holding up a rug for her to scan. Why are employees allowed to have their personal phones on the floor? First world issues, I know. Walmart has its issues for sure but provides better, friendlier service IMO. Target, please do better. read more

You guys need to ban raven kolenda from your store for the weird activity he does. Wearing crop tops he hasn't purchased, sitting in the strollers and constantly in the cribs, he is a fully grown adult 20+ years old. He posts all of it online as well and constantly wants to interact with kids like this. read more

I came here for a drive up order. The total time that I spent in the waiting area was about 5 minutes. The associate was nice and brought my order out in a timely fashion. ** The store is currently remodeling but they are still open. read more

Drive up orders take forever!!!! They used to be on it, but when they changed their layout orders take sometimes a few days to pick up. This place is rediculois now. Would have gave it one star but the people are pretty friendly that work here so that counts for something. I'm really annoyed with the mobile phone plan people. Everytime I walk by electonics they bug me for a plan. I say no multiple times and they keep bugging me. It's ridiculous. read more

There's something about Target I like, even though it seems to be little more than a "specialized" WalMart. This store is not uncommon or especially unique when it comes to this line of stores, but it is very clean and well lit. I would shop here if I lived here! read more

This Target location saved Xmas in 2016 for my son! True, I waited too long to Xmas shop and the only place that had what I wanted was this location. Thank you Target Simpsonville for saving that Xmas! Today's experience was to pick up an online purchase. For some reason, the Target in Greenville, SC carries or accepts delivery on 0% of EVERYTHING I've ever looked at online. The customer service aspect of picking up my purchase was great. The person was friendly and gave me my purchase post haste. Besides the purpose of my visit, the store overall was great! The store was clean, the employees were friendly, and the isles were easy to negotiate. I really hope no one reads this review and starts visiting "my" Target because I hate waiting in longer lines.... read more

I don't find myself at Target a lot but perhaps I have been missing the hype . The store is exceptionally clean and well stocked. I was surprised at the savings on a item my dad needed from the Personal Health section. Everywhere else I have shopped it's been $10 minimum for 8 oz bottle, here it was $4.89 . That's huge . As I looked around I was offered help 3 different times , that's impressive. The cashier was quick and kind . By the way , if you are a Starbucks fan , they have them conveniently located inside. The only reason for 4 stars is the bathroom needed attention. read more

I visited this store 6/6/2014. I enjoy shopping at target. The Starbucks in this store is definitely a plus. The young lady working in the Starbucks area Friday was very nice. As far as the store is concerned, it was out of stock on several things I needed. I was disappointed because I had to shop at Wal-Mart. read more

I really am not a fan of this target store. First of all you can only get into the store from one side and it is one way so if you park on one side of the store you might have to walk long distances and bad weather to get to your car. Second whoever engineer the parking lot was not thinking it through. The parking is not convenient for walking to and from with a shopping cart. Third I went into target to buy one simple screwdriver and guess what they do not sell anything like this at all. I personally love this target in comparison to the hectic traffic around the target on woodruff. Management was very helpful when I had issues with my registry and I love that I can sip Starbucks while I shop. The parking lot structure is a little weird - I have yet to find the pregnant momma parking spaces so the walking is a pain. Also, several of the grocery aisles are super narrow. But this target is clean, quiet and friendly, so it gets 5 stars in my book! read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. The customer service here is the worst I've seen at any store. I had made an on line purchase and went to get it. Upon getting home and opening it I realized it was not what I really wanted...so I got back in my car drove there and waited (only person in return line) while the lady working the line and another employee finished their conversation. I waited almost 5 minutes. They both saw me, so did the supervisor that walked by them. Not once did he tell them to help me. When the ladies finally finished talking and I was helped, I was told I had to wait 24 hrs to do my return. I had an emailed copy of my receipt and my credit card the order was placed on and nope they can't do anything for 24 hrs read more

This is is closest Target to Clinton and is currently being remodeled to make room for groceries. Some of the isles are really tight where you cannot fit a shopping cart down while some areas are space are completely empty. Their items are relatively organized but some items are in more than one place. It didn't make sense. I liked shopping here because it seemed that I was finding deals with all their "sale," "price cut" and "as advertised" signs. Kim really liked the cashier we got the first time we shopped here was really good at making conversation. When we returned our second time, Kim had to return something and their normal customer service window was closed but a team member noticed and walked her to the temporary customer service counter. The line for customer serivce starts so far away from the counter that I didn't notice when the cashier waved for me. Also, the previous customer was still at the counter. When I needed to return something, the team member was nice but I wish she communicated with me why she was called a customer service mananger over. There is also a Starbucks inside the store but their service was a bit slow. I'll update once they finish their remodel. read more
