I love this store! They have so many neat things for such a low price. Clothes, arts and crafts, electronics, candy, pet supplies, etc...,

Rude staff, they have too many rules for the trash they sale. Now they have up their prices to $8…read moreon Saturdays. They have young inmature people working here. Supposedly kids 16 and under can't touch anything. They have a security guards harassing people while they are shopping to enforce their rules that they come up with. I don't recommend this place to people with kids or anyone who just wants to have a pleasant shopping experience.

Bintime is literally an adult treasure hunt ! But you have to get your mind right before entering…read morebecause this place is an experience and strategy can be important. There are rows and rows of long bins and you literally have to dig for the deals. First first timers it can be overwhelming so here's what to know : - once you enter grab a blue bag and start shopping ! - most purses aren't allowed . If it's clear or tiny they may let you bring it in but otherwise leave it in the car. -you can't open boxes at the bins . There may be boxes that you can't tell what is inside - if you want to have it opened you have to take it to the box counter and an employee will open it . Afterwards they will seal it back and give it to you to purchase or place behind the counter if you don't want it . -the Amazon app can be helpful ! If you have the Amazon app on your phone you can sometimes scan the barcodes on the boxes and bagged items to view the official Amazon listing . You can then see clearly what the item is , the price it retails for on Amazon and read reviews. This doesn't always work though because the bintime employees place new upc stickers over the original ones which aren't recognized by Amazon . - disposable gloves are great to wear here. You will be digging through things and touching lots of stuff so I always like to wear disposable gloves I can toss once I leave . -Saturday is the most expensive and busiest day ($5) because the most coveted items are dropped on this day . -right now 50 cent day is Wednesday. It's worth going to . I snagged a bunch of Aveda and Redken hair products as well as high end face products for 50 cents . It can often be just as busy as Saturday. - if you arrive before they open there will be a line . - if you are buying food make sure to check the expiration as they don't . -there's another section of the store called the "deal den" with a different selection of what they consider "premium items" priced higher than the bins. This kinda place is a once or twice a year visit for me . Other people seem to go every weekend and they seem more critical . But for me and my minimal visits , it's a fun time ! It can be chaotic and somewhat mentally exhausting but the adrenaline rush is real when you find a deal ! Have fun !

It's a big box. It has lower prices. It has a pretty good selection of many many items. Customer…read moreservice has improved in the past few years. Today I went in to return some curtains and a cold brew coffee maker. The curtains were no problem. Because I use "Walmart pay" this particular purchase was immediately accepted and credited and the total returned to my credit card. The coffee maker was a problem of my own causing. I was told that because it was over 90 days since I bought it, it couldn't be returned. I was not aware of this policy, but it's posted and I obviously ignored it. Perhaps I'll learn to like cold brew?? During my time in line a supervisor came to the area and noticed a cart that had been left by an employee and was full of trash and cardboard. She began to question which employee was the perp and then began complaining and muttering about the remiss employee. Not good, Madam Manager. Keep those thoughts to yourself and make the comments quietly to the guilty party. Very unprofessional and I didn't enjoy listening to you go in and on! But on a brighter note. I stopped a man stocking shelves to ask where I might find an item. As he was standing to take me to the correct area, a young man named Ryan happened by, said"I'll show her," took me over a few aisles and showed me the stock. He went on to tell me where there were similar items in another part of the store if the current item wasn't what I wanted. Ryan KNEW his merchandise and I truly appreciated his dedication to helping a customer.
