Don't really like this store, quality of merchandise doesn't hold up to the price, they will not refund without a receipt.

Great deals, as always! Quick checkout, even when it's busy. Trunk full of groceries for under a hundred bucks.

I did not receive the gift card back after completing the transaction and didn't realize until next day. searched everywher, but distinctly recall being handed a receipt and Kohls cash only. called to speak to the manager about this and was told the cashiers throw the used cards away!! and that I should contact my rewards center! manager was in a hurry to get off the phone and I could not return to the store in person due to my work schedule that week. was told by my Visa Rewards center that the store needs to address this and that they have cameras. the response from the manager was less than acceptable. there was over $100 balance that was not handed back to me.... same as cash!

Well let me say this, management is horrible here. I have a daughter that's attending college and…read morewhen she came home she was would work there. Per the previous rules, she had to work there at least once a month. She did this for a year. Now it's 2020 and they say she has to work now every week at least one day out of the week. While she was home on the winter break, they used her and worked all the hours they could get from her. Now once she got back to college, they terminated her over the phone after she got her last check!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! THEY DON'T LOVE COLLEGE KIDS TRYING TO BETTER THEMSELVES!!!

Rude staff, they have too many rules for the trash they sale. Now they have up their prices to $8…read moreon Saturdays. They have young inmature people working here. Supposedly kids 16 and under can't touch anything. They have a security guards harassing people while they are shopping to enforce their rules that they come up with. I don't recommend this place to people with kids or anyone who just wants to have a pleasant shopping experience.

Bintime is literally an adult treasure hunt ! But you have to get your mind right before entering…read morebecause this place is an experience and strategy can be important. There are rows and rows of long bins and you literally have to dig for the deals. First first timers it can be overwhelming so here's what to know : - once you enter grab a blue bag and start shopping ! - most purses aren't allowed . If it's clear or tiny they may let you bring it in but otherwise leave it in the car. -you can't open boxes at the bins . There may be boxes that you can't tell what is inside - if you want to have it opened you have to take it to the box counter and an employee will open it . Afterwards they will seal it back and give it to you to purchase or place behind the counter if you don't want it . -the Amazon app can be helpful ! If you have the Amazon app on your phone you can sometimes scan the barcodes on the boxes and bagged items to view the official Amazon listing . You can then see clearly what the item is , the price it retails for on Amazon and read reviews. This doesn't always work though because the bintime employees place new upc stickers over the original ones which aren't recognized by Amazon . - disposable gloves are great to wear here. You will be digging through things and touching lots of stuff so I always like to wear disposable gloves I can toss once I leave . -Saturday is the most expensive and busiest day ($5) because the most coveted items are dropped on this day . -right now 50 cent day is Wednesday. It's worth going to . I snagged a bunch of Aveda and Redken hair products as well as high end face products for 50 cents . It can often be just as busy as Saturday. - if you arrive before they open there will be a line . - if you are buying food make sure to check the expiration as they don't . -there's another section of the store called the "deal den" with a different selection of what they consider "premium items" priced higher than the bins. This kinda place is a once or twice a year visit for me . Other people seem to go every weekend and they seem more critical . But for me and my minimal visits , it's a fun time ! It can be chaotic and somewhat mentally exhausting but the adrenaline rush is real when you find a deal ! Have fun !
