Do not use this CVS, my wife and I ordered photos to be printed here and they were blurry. The store manager was super rude and grabbed them from my wife's hand and threw in the trash when she asked for a refund and would only refund the half paid at the store and not the half deposit. cvs is terrible, they never ever return their phone message requests. the new robot messaging system is pathetic. they never have called me back in 3 different times. i am pulling all current prescriptions and transferring elsewhere. no more prescriptions. no more dealing with these lazy, inconsiderate idiots. read more

I was told I could upload a picture taken with my cell phone to CVS pharmacy and they would make a photograph for me, so we did and it was absolutely lovely! It took less than an hour and was so inexpensive. Fast, easy and really a great picture! read more

Extremely unfriendly staff. No greeting even when you pull up. Having to come 3x to refill the same prescription because they didn't do it the first 2x correctly is a complete waste of time. Perhaps a look at training people to be more professional would help at the drive through window. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. read more

I am ready to move my prescriptions because the pharmacy has no sense of urgency when it comes to filling maintenance drugs. They will keep trying to fill the other drugs for 90 days to run the price up instead of filling for 30 days. I'm really tired of getting my drugs when they can get to it instead of when I need them. read more

Very unfriendly. Went to pick up medication and they were closed apparently and in too much of a rush to even tell me what I needed to do to get the medication transferred to another location. I was asked if I got a notice stating the medication was ready and when I responded yes, I was told I could transfer it. What was the point in asking if I got a notification? read more

I am in this pharmacy a lot due to managing my aging parent's prescriptions. Numerous times I have been to this pharmacy to pick up prescriptions and was told they were not filled due to the price?! I guess they don't fill prescriptions if the RX insurance doesn't cover the meds and they deem the price too high and assume the customer won't want to pay it. I have had to refill many prescriptions on the spot and then wait for them to be filled when they should have been ready. Staff is rude and unprofessional. I have waited on several occasions while staff chatted amongst themselves and I have also witnessed a staff member talking poorly about clients after they got off the phone with them. Unfortunately due to my parent's insurance we are stuck. If it were my own money I would spend the extra and go elsewhere! read more

Don't know why CVS makes you wait till the last day, and then another day, to get control drug prescriptions, class 4. You have to take the last one and then and only then will they allow your refill. This goes against everything ever said about making sure you get your meds in a timely manner. So, a person has to get in their car specifically on that day their bottle is empty to pick this med up, and if they have already been there the day before to pick another med up, they still have to come back the next day. No latitude at all for transportation, caregivers work hours, other prescriptions picked up earlier, it is the ultimate in inconvenience and irresponsibility. read more

This pharmacy staff turns over so frequently you hardly ever see a pharmacist or staff member twice in any visit. Been in and out six times trying to get my meds and get tired out telling a new person the same story every time I go in. Doctor e-scripted to CVS Pharmacy and I picked it up and when I got home it was the wrong medication! (I had to wait until the next day to go back to CVS) Didn't realize until I got home an opened brown paper bag. Today I went in to speak with pharmacist and she told me this is what the doctor sent. I knew this wasn't true, I called my doctor before visiting store. So, I asked the pharmacist to contact my doctor for clarification. She stated that she would need to leave a message. Ughhhhh. I called the doctor from my cell phone and was able to speak with the nurse immediately and she she was able to speak with the pharmacist via my cell phone. The pharmacist filled my prescription and when it didn't seem right to me, I said this isn't right. She said that's all she had and that it's correct. NO IT'S NOT! I was suppose to get a 3 month supply, she gave me 2 months for the same co-pay. I was to take a Maintenance Pack and she gave me the Starter Kit. I then spoke with another pharmacy tech and he told me that the pharmacist did NOT fill my prescription as prescribed and that he would order the medicine and would have tomorrow. This is NOT the first time something has happened like this. My friend had a prescription filled (liquid) and they did not have enough in stock and so they gave her what they had and said to come back when more comes in. She did just that and the pharmacist told her that she never said that! I saw the bottle of medicine and we even measured what was inside. I will NOT recommend this pharmacy! Stay away! read more

Horrible! Pharmacy staff either rude or just not trained properly. Managers very rude to staff on multiple occasions. 3 times in a row I was told my prescriptions were ready only to arrive and find out they weren't. The excuses were always inconsistent and the manager unhelpful and seemingly bothered by my questions. I can't imagine how it would be if I were elderly and really depended on my medications. I've spoken with 3 managers 3 different times and had no success. Very poorly run and it seems they just throw out an answer to get you to leave. Been loyal to CVS for years and this one for 4 years.
