Good location and great spot to grab stuff you may have forgotten at home. They also have a good selection of Greenville, SC merchandise if you don't feel like paying the Mast General Store prices. On my recent trip I was looking for cough drops and asked the pharmacist where they were. She had a bit of an attitude but I get it especially with people filling up their meds, complaining about prices they can't control, and everything else. Overall a quick stop to get any essentials. Pretty great CVS! Clean, fast customer service, well stocked, great location. I will say it's a little difficult to get around the homeless pan-handling for extra change. Pulls the heart-strings. But beyond that and the general lack of cleanliness on the sidewalk outside (most likely from people squatting outside the store) the inside is nice and it's a CVS I feel comfortable going into as a single, young, female with no problems. read more

I am writing this most positive review of this store's pharmacy staff. I have always had a positive and enjoyable experience with the pharmacy staff. Unfortunately, this pharmacy staff is so overwhelmed with prescription fills, phone calls, vaccinations, etc. they hardly have a chance to take a breath. I have always been impressed with their work ethic, wonderful service, and compassion for their patrons. I know most of the staff by their name and they know mine as well. Have been doing business with them since June 2020. The staff there are rude every single time. When you talk with them over the phone they continually interrupt you rudely. They even accused me of cursing at them, which I did not, and refused to apologize. They can't accept when they make a mistake with a prescription. They want to blame you for their mistake and they will insult you. If you don't absolutely have to use this pharmacy then save yourself the trouble that you would receive from them. So today as i make my trek to work,I decided to stop by CVS to use the ATM and pick up a few items.So as i go into the store the cashier Ashley (#1622711) and the manger (which did not provide her name ) were have a personal conversation which was fine ,But as a customer entering the store I was not greeted which is fine but ok .So i continue to withdraw monies from the ATM and go to the counter to finish my visit.As I approach they are still talking,others who are white come into the store and both greet and speak to the customers,and i simply lay my items on the counter they start conversing again and i'm ignored.I tell her I'd like to load money on my PayPal Business card and she looks lost,But she takes my card scans my items never asking for my Extracare card .As i'm patiently waiting no acknowledgement we both are standing my card is now sitting on the counter her and the Manger start back talking about their weekend with a common friend ,I ask are we done because my card is on the counter not where I placed it.She says yes does not pick it up and continues to greet people coming in and talking to the manager .I will say I felt so racially exiled,As i left the store I stopped and mentioned to both how I felt the manager said I'm sorry you feel that way which is not what you would say to someone that feels indifferent as my 25 years of customer service has taught me ,No one should be made to feel that way and I myself do not have to take it .So store 3203 cashier #1622711 needs more skill training and you may need to send the manager along with her. read more

Had a migraine, felt dizzy and terrible. I walked in off the street. There was a huge line at the front, and all I wanted to do was buy some ibuprofen and a drink to take it with. Nobody in line back at the pharmacy where I got the ibuprofen, but they refused to let me pay for my medicine there. Told me I had to go to the front. read more

I just moved here so I had to find a new doctor to get my prescription through. I have been without my medicine for a whole week now trying to get in touch with this new doctor to send my prescription to CVS and have heard nothing back all week. I called CVS in tears today and told them what was going on and they said they would fax my doctor and get it figured out. NOT EVEN 3 hours later I got an email saying that my prescription was ready for pickup. Truly amazing!! read more
