I spoke to a customer service person who said he was one of the managers about the overflowing trash-his response was "we are aware of it and will take care of it later". I don't appreciate this attitude. The pharmacy department service for my Rx was quick and polite.

If they start their " Profile" excuse next month, I am pulling my entire Families RX's and headed somewhere else!

If I have a problem, they jump on it to work things out. Aside from that, it is so easy to get refills. You can do it on line. You can do it by phone or you can enroll your prescriptions in a little plan they have called auto-refill. It automatically refills your prescriptions then notifies you by phone or email to come pick them up. They do $4.00 generics and $10.00 90 day prescriptions. All this, and if you do have to wait, you have the pleasure of browsing Target while you do it. This is win-win.

I waited almost an hour! There were about 7 people waiting behind me. The staff is super slow and they aren't the friendliest. The pharmacist did apologize and said she didn't realize so many people would schedule. Really strange. My husband had an appointment for a vaccine as well and he also waited almost an hour both times. This location is awful and I don't plan on coming back.

I did the test in the bathroom at this Walgreens and tested positive. I then showed it to the pharmacist and asked him to write a note for work of the test result. He refused and told me I had to make an appointment for the drive through test and that they take 24 hours for results and are booked for a week out. I again tried to explain to him that I was here on a layover for work. Clearly I don't have a car here nor can I wait a week for a 24 hour test. He was extremely rude and wasn't even wearing a mask.
