They are part of the hospital system and employees have to get prescriptions filled there or pay much higher prices, if they have insurance through the hospital. Their hours are 8am-6pm. Most hospital employees work 7-7, making it impossible to actually get your prescriptions at a convenient time, like when you are across the street coming or going to work. I hate this pharmacy but have no choice but to use them, as do most employees I know.

For the love of God, please ask the customer to just come back if it isn't ready!!!! In addition, when you walk inside, it looks terribly rundown. They don't have a variety of sizes in clothing. There is typically a cooler out. When I look for a basic medicine or vitamin, it usually isn't available. The only decent experience I've had is when they mixed my child's medicine with dye & I had to take it back, they were willing to remix it. She was having hives & we couldn't figure out why but she had never had anything with dye before bc she was a baby. So I was glad the pharmacy had enough of a heart to help us instead of making it complicated--that is the only reason for a star .

I spoke to a customer service person who said he was one of the managers about the overflowing trash-his response was "we are aware of it and will take care of it later". I don't appreciate this attitude. The pharmacy department service for my Rx was quick and polite.
