But Mitch (the sales representative I believe) was so incredibly helpful and helped us within seconds of us getting to the store. He heard our request and the details of the things we needed and did his best to help us find one that worked for our situation. My 10 year old went to ask for needoh toy and the old lady at the front desk was plane rude with a flat answer "no" and walk away saying someone came and bought them all. She didn't game me a chance to ask when are they receiving more. She needs to be retrained because her costumer service was awful. They think it's ok to speak to young children like that in front of their mother. She probably thought I couldn't speak English. read more

When I entered the store to make a return, I asked the employee at the entrance where to go. She was on a phone call and clearly resented the interruption. I asked: "I have a return" she gave me a harsh stare and aggressively asked, "what kind of return?". When I explained it was a network switch, she replied "Is it Amazon or Staples?" in a very rude, elevated tone even shakind her head. Fortunately, the cashier she directed me to was polite and professional. However, because the item was $169.00 (highe value item acording to the cashier...?????), he had to call a manager for approval. To my dismay, he called over the same rude woman from the front, who was still chatting on her phone. I stayed quiet to ensure the transaction went through. Once I had my receipt, I told her she needed to fix her attitude as a manager. Instead of apologizing, she began yelling at me to get out of the store, claiming she was "just answering my question." Dropped off a package for UPS on 7/31/25 expecting it to go out the next day or at the very least the day after. Checked today 8/3/25 and it still hasn't gone out. I am going to pick it up today before they close as Staples has failed to hand my package over. read more

They never answer the phone, but the guy at the copy prints center is really helpful, very friendly and willing to help. I like the supply available at the store, the pens that are best for writing checks, and my husband got his desk chair here, which he really likes. Now if they could just get somebody at the front to answer the telephone.... read more

The store is pretty organized and clean. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the printing counter and answer questions about paper shredding. Unfortunately no one ever came, so I'll try again at another date. read more

I ordered some invites online to be printed in the store. It was easy to do and I also had a coupon code to save 30% off. I got a call a few hours later from someone in the printing department letting me know that he had to adjust the invite a little bit because it was showing a white border and he thought it didn't look right. I really appreciated that he did that for me because it did look good without the border. It was easy to pick up and it came with envelopes. I'll definitely order from here again. read more

I just went to Staples for a filling cabinet. I picked the one I wanted and the person scanned it and said they had 6 in the back. I waited in the front when he came out and said they had none. This is the 4th time in a row I went for something that they scanned and didn't have it. Point being they didn't get my money. Make no mistake , this isn't a COVID problem this is an operational issue. They should take an inventory because someone is stealing them blind. Probably selling stuff at night when closed. They should just file bankruptcy and move on to new jobs. I will never go back to Staples again. Major waste of time. No wonder Amazon takes there business. read more

i purchased an $800.00 printer about a year ago. due to the problems i had with the last printer, i purchased insurance plan for it. this printer keeps malfunctioning. so i call the staples/assurion help line. i'm a builder so i don't get a lot of time in my office, so on rainy days i take advantage of them. the printer malfunctioned again. i've been on "hold" now for 47 minutes 21 seconds with no end in sight!!!!!! pathetic quality product ( a canon mfb44cdw) and equally pathetic customer service. it must be nice to be a big corporation an not have to care about customer service. read more

REVISED ON 2-9-18 Less then 24 hours after I posted this review Staples reached out to me and was very concerned. I am certain this is an isolated incident and Staples wants to be at the forefront of their competition. The fact that they quickly responded, apologized and want me as a customer says a lot to me. I will return next time I need print services or supplies and understand the policies they have in place and willingly will pay for express services if warranted. It isn't often a company as large as Staples would reach out, KUDOS to them!! Today, (2-8-18) I went to have my resume copied on resume paper as I have an interview tomorrow. This is not my first time at the rodeo. I've been utilizing Staples for several years to copy my resume, cover letter, references, among other things. However, today I went to have 10 copies of my resume made and they wanted to charge me $12 for 10 copies. Granted my resume is a two page resume OK yes I'm old...... so I had to have 20 copies made. Normally I would expect to pay around $3 but apparently they wanted to charge me $12 and change. When I asked why it was costing so much the girl behind the counter told me they charge for resume paper, this was a first. I was slightly taken aback and I told her if I would've known upfront it was going to cost me that much money I would've just purchased resume paper and taken it home and print it on my home printer. She wanted to argue with me about the price she was charging me so she ended up getting a manager over who adjusted the price without having me be charged for resume paper. He walked away and she proceeded to charge me an "express pick up fee" of close to three dollars. I asked when that went into affect because I have NEVER been charged a fee to have my resumes printed in an hour. Again, the manager came over and adjusted the cost and I still ended up paying five dollars but that was much better than $12. When I came home I decided to Google printing prices at Staples and learned that apparently over the past year or so Staples across the US have been attempting to charge these ancillary charges at various locations because it improves their bottom line, (found on Reddit). I'm all for a company making a profit that's why people stay in business. However, putting a notice up in the print center include an effective date, that will definitely soften the blow and keep customers from complaining. I did also try to send it over to be printed from home and pick it up a few hours later however that system wasn't working for me.... on a side note 2 weeks I went to the same location and they had no shopping carts.....I asked an employee where all the carts were since the parking lot was empty and if they could find me one, they said they don't have them anymore!?!?!?!? Really? Don't you want people to buy lots of stuff and fill their carts!? I'm not sure what is going on at Staples, but something has to give. I guess Amazon will be my go to place for office supplies now. read more
