I don't normally need assistance with my computer, but I just could not figure out what was going on. I came into the store with it and the manager took care of me right away! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain what happened with my computer and how to prevent it in the future. In addition to their repair services, they also have a selection of computers and peripherals for sale, and the staff is able to answer any questions. My cousin was in need of a new phone, and this local tech shop was the first place we checked. The first thing I noticed was the staff. They were very friendly and "comfortable to be around" according to my cousin. Their wide variety of cell phones and gadgets of all brands was refreshing compared to brand-name stores, including phones, smart watches, Wi-Fi setup kits, and sound systems. These were of all types of companies, including Apple, Google, Samsung, and numerous smaller brands. We left with a shiny pre-owned Google phone from two years prior. Our only complaint was the price. The phone he got was a little overpriced according to similar listings on digital stores, but it was worth it for the experience and exploration of the interesting shop. Customer service and variety were major upsides, however, the price may be a little high here. read more

Check your devices in the store BEFORE you leave to make sure the repair was done properly. This store does not fully stand behind their work. A fully functioning phone was dropped off for screen repair. Under their warranty period, the phone was returned 2 weeks later because the screen separated from the phone. The tech agreed the phone was not properly attached by them and this resulted in damaged face recognition feature (face ID no longer works). They REFUSED to give me a full refund. I paid $100 for the original repair, handed over a fully functioning phone and am now left with a damaged phone and out the money of the repair all due to their negligence. AVOID this store. read more
