This happened during the Covid-19 Pandemic, right when the lockdown began. Campus Computer was 40 minutes from where I am staying - there were closer locations but Logan was super friendly and upfront the entire time. He seemed very honest, he called and when he gave me an estimate - with a student budget, I wasn't quite ready to spend that amount. Logan completely understood and told me to take my time getting back to him. I decided to move forward because I had some school work I hadn't yet backed up. Within I think 2 days of agreeing, Logan called back saying my laptop was ready! I was surprised at how quickly because we expected the screen that needed to be ordered to have a shipment delay with the pandemic and all. Anyways, pick up was smooth - of course, not the standard in store, but in a safe Covid-19 pandemic way! Unfortunately, I had a virus on my computer that "regenerated" and downloaded other malicious programs (spywear/malewear/trojans) on my computer. The staff at Homeland Secure IT did a fantastic job at cleaning the viruses off of my computer for $75. They were able to backup all of my files and reinstalled my operating system. All of my files were placed back in the exact locations of where they were before. They really did an awesome job with a very quick turnaround. We asked for a quote for remediation and he never sent one. A week later I followed up asking for the quote again. It was never sent. We had another mold company come out and he told us that the previous test had been done incorrectly and only one sample should have been taken to determine the extent of the mold. Cornerstone asked to take a separate test of each room, which was an astounding $75/test. Overall, huge waste of money and time. We now have another company coming out days after the initial assessment to fix the mold issue.

Jasper went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it and that everything was working at its best. He even went to the store to get the specific CAT-6 cable with the color that we wanted. He was neat, efficient, earnest and, like Quintin, very knowledgeable and professional at what he does.
