Unfortunately, the place where I made the purchase from was not helpful, so I decided to seek help elsewhere. I found Computer Doc thru an online search, and I am SO thankful that I did! John is the owner, and he responded promptly to my call. I deeply appreciated that he actually listened to me (very hard to find these days!) explain the issues the computer was having, and also regarding the unfortunate experience I had with the store I purchased the computer from. He was able to fix the problems right away, and for a reasonable rate. But the best part is that my computer is now working beautifully! This is such a blessing because I am a small business owner, and this is the middle of holiday season. If I could give Computer Doc a 10-Star rating, I would! I will highly recommend to anyone I know!

Now she's up and running like brand new, and it only took a couple of hours. BTW, during this time, he came and got the computers, took them home and fixed them, AND brought them back! Pretty darn convenient. Now he's helping me with some business graphics, and the whole thing is going great. Highly recommend THIS guy if you want your stuff done right, and at a good price. Why take a chance on some "unknown" guy from an ad? Choose Eddie and know you're getting someone who has the competence, reliability, and honesty to do things the right way. I've hired so many people in the past who absolutely suck at what they do! Its very frustrating. VERY glad I found Eddie (he was recommended to me by a business associate who always uses him). Wish I would've known about him a long time ago.

He's a great guy and is very knowledgeable and patient. I decided not to install Starlink and instead I had AT&T connect a fiber optic line to the house. Later on, I wanted a direct line from our office upstairs to the router downstairs. Jasper came out and did a thorough assessment and consultation and then returned shortly thereafter to do the installation. Jasper went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it and that everything was working at its best. He even went to the store to get the specific CAT-6 cable with the color that we wanted. He was neat, efficient, earnest and, like Quintin, very knowledgeable and professional at what he does. Both men are great to work with, as well is their Project Coordinator Devin. They will give you their all! BTW, I was only charged for the installation and it was a great value for the what they delivered. They are a Blessing indeed!
