He was close by, and his quote was much better than several others. Took it by, dropped it off, ran an errand or two and when I returned about 30 minutes late, it was done. He's a great guy and is very knowledgeable and patient. I decided not to install Starlink and instead I had AT&T connect a fiber optic line to the house. Later on, I wanted a direct line from our office upstairs to the router downstairs. Jasper came out and did a thorough assessment and consultation and then returned shortly thereafter to do the installation. Jasper went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it and that everything was working at its best. He even went to the store to get the specific CAT-6 cable with the color that we wanted. He was neat, efficient, earnest and, like Quintin, very knowledgeable and professional at what he does. Both men are great to work with, as well is their Project Coordinator Devin. They will give you their all! Turns out to be handy for replacement of this iPhone SE 2nd Gen for $75 deductible. We thought it was just a dead battery, so I was advised by the Asurion representative to take it to this location for evaluation, it was Monday. I was next in line. It took about 15 minutes for them to diagnose my phone and recommend the replacement option instead of a simple battery replacement. I contacted Asurion and received a phone in the mail on Tuesday. The box included materials to send the old phone back in a very simple process. It could not have been easier. Four stars only because their lobby had no seating area and had a video and audio commercial advertising their whole home insurance for every kind of device for only $25 per month. I also had to listen to the well crafted sales pitch each time I contacted them on the phone (twice). They ask what happened with the phone and ask leading questions about other devices in proximity and then try to sell you an insurance product on everything. They also make a big deal about prosecuting fraud, which makes one think that they could possibly be difficult to work with if your case is not just a straight up, straight forward, easy case. A 30 second looping advertisement, loudly broadcast, gets really old if you are waiting, even if it was only 15 minutes.
