The store hours say its open at 9am. We sat out front for almost 20mins and no one even approached the door.

This is just a job placement program. Every employee I get seems like they're so out of touch with what the local community wants and or needs then they clench up worse than a 15-year-old trying to hand dad the right screwdriver. The employee customer interactions here are abysmal. I feel terrible for having to ask questions that make somebody fidget the way that they do. I truly do advise anyone who does need service from Verizon to just go find a corporate store because this is not one. read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Staff was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Went in for a color swap and was told to wait for the manager.... Super weird but alas I wait. Waited 20 minutes before asking the salesperson where was the manager was who then proceeded to say "He'll be with you when he's ready" to which I say "Yea I'm seeing that, it's been 20 mins so Id like to speak with the manager now" So, a guy (diff manager) way to the left (was helping diff cust) jumped up out of his chair, starts screaming at me that I can't talk to her that way and losing his mind. I say "sir I'm not here to deal with this I just need to change my phone color" and girl starts yelling "she's not even an authorized user, she's not even authorized to swap the color!" And the guy (named Dan) says "you're not even an authorized user?? Get out!" I said what?? My dad is on the phone?? He's the owner of the account?? What? Why wasn't I told this before? And guy kinda calm a bit and says "oh he's on the phone? Well we may be able to help if he's on the phone but you gotta calm down or I won't help you" Okay bud sure, I'll calm as your veins are popping through ur head. Anyway, he comes and sits directly across from me at the desk and room (which still has only woman salesperson, Dan and myself) goes silent... I say to my dad "over a fucking color" and again Angry Dan jumps up, chair flies back & is about 5 inches from my face. Tells me "to leave or he's calling the police and getting a no trespass warrant" When I tell you I was at my peaks end, that is an understatement. At that moment in time, I knew these people needed some serious training and guidance. The other "manager" who I was supposed to speak with NEVER EVEN CAME OUT before leaving. I was first profiled by the salesperson, berated by a manager "Dan", & ultimately disrespected and neglected by the entire staff of the store. & All over a fucking color. I don't recommend this store to ANYONE & can absolutely see why this store has a 1.5 rating. I'd give it MUCH lower than that if I could. Completely untrained and uneducated staff. Now I see why no one was in it. read more

Worst customer service ever. There was one employee that actually did what he said he would do and was more than helpful - he moved out of town a couple years back. Aaron didn't follow through with my change of service request, dealt with Richard today who is as arrogant as they come. Manager wasn't helpful either. This is definitely not my first rodeo with this company or this store, I've been told more than one time that something couldn't be done only to call the 800 number and have it taken care of! Also, could not get my calls to go through to the actual store whenever I tried to call. read more

I went in to upgrade my old phone while visiting my father. Jeison (sp?) helping me was playing on his phone (facebook messenger) rather than explaining to me what he was doing with all the turn on questions. I did manage to see that he was selecting some options that I may or may not have wanted to select myself. Now I have to go through the phone again to see which things I'm opted in on and decide if I want to turn them off. Hopefully I can find them all. Extremely rude when the person who is supposed to be helping you is more interested in messaging his girlfriend than actually taking the time to explain which options he's selecting. read more

My girlfriend and I work at Publix so I know the level of service that should be offered to customers. I came in with her to upgrade her phone, the customer service representative we worked with was absolutely rude, disrespectful and unknowledgeable. From the moment we started talking to her she brushed us off and was very short with us. She refused to talk to the her mother, the account owner, to help us add her to the account to make the transfer independently. She constantly was back and forth between her phone and other customers being just as rude and impolite with them. As well as these other offenses, she did a horrible job at breaking down the total we were paying for the trade in, the taxes, and what we would still owe. There were plenty of representatives standing around and a line of customers waiting to be helped. I highly recommend NOT going to this retail location. I have been to many other Verizon stores and the service offered at this store was subpar and lacking. read more

Worst customer service ever! I have been in the customer service for nearly 30 years, so I know how a customer should be treated. After FOUR trips to this Verizon store, I was told that they could not help me with my existing phone. For my troubles, one of the managers offered to give me a $100 discount on an iPhone 8 and sell it to me for $449. Per their website, the price of an iPhone 8 starts at $449 (retail), so I was NOT being offered a discount at all for my troubles. I cannot stand being lied to, and this manager was trying to make me think that he was offering me a discount, when, in fact, he was not. Shame on you Verizon! read more

Went in today at lunch to get my phone activated. They were (not surprisingly) very busy. John waited on me a did a fantastic job.
