Buy you phone directly from the phone company or someone off line it's not worth the headache & lies they will tell you to make sales. I also had to ask them for my receipt as the sales person never printed it out at the completion of the final sale another Best Buy associate had to print me out a copy. Then they told show me how to operate the new phone or even setup the basic AT&T account to pay & view my phone bastard told me I had to setup automatic payment for billing & that was basically all they did. Tried to give me a phone screen protect & block to coverup the issues. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY WILL TEAM UP &SCAM THE HECK OUT OF YOU TO MAKE A SALE ON A LIE. I returned phone only to call to check why my refund wasn't returned back to my card AT& T phone rep explained it should have been refunded once the phone was refunded but to my surprise the phone still shown as active line therefore refund wouldn't been issued. My port back to my original carrier was successful completely done before I left the store 1:11pm and @ 8:40pm with rep still phone I went back store spoke with Sam very understanding & helpful tried to do all he could to complete it & speaking with rep. If you're thinking of switching to AT&T or buying any products I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO! Fixed the cracked back glass with a second market part now the functionality of my front screen…read moretime is not working well and they had to keep the phone for two days. When I'm on a call people on the other end can no longer hear me clearly. Touch screen does not function properly anymore as well. Was also told to make sure it now has to be in a very low humidity environment. Fixed one problem then broke what was working just fine. Newer iPhone is now messed up. Cant afford to buy a new one.
