Wow. Where to begin. Horrible absolutely horrible customer service. We opened a business account with them and according to AT&T corporate nothing matches to our actual paperwork that we submitted to them. Completely wrong. Everything they set up is wrong. All they care about is making money, and will say and do whatever they have to to make their commission. We have a business sales representative named Michael who we never met in person and completely passed us off to Dhruv. Who promised to take care of all of our customer service needs, billing issues, whatever we needed. Well as soon as something came up the blame was pushed to our business representative. When asked if we could speak to his manager, it was a constant excuse. Stay the hell away from these people. They are a bunch of no good scam artists who have done nothing but caused a lot of problems for us and our company. read more

Tried to make an exchange on a gift we made for our son and they would not even help. The box was never opened.

Do not go here. Made me wait an hour just to get my phone looked at. Does not care about customers. Had an issue with my iPhone not charging. Guy said I had to go to apple store or pay for an upgrade. Then took it to cpr they fixed it no problem. Seemed like the guy at the at&t store would've said anything just to get me out of there. This was the stupidest store I have ever been to. All I needed was my prepaid number ported over to my new wireless contract plan. These idiots just swapped my SIM card from my prepaid phone to my new phone and said that's all we needed to do. Sent me on my way. Anyone who knows anything knows that didn't work. I even asked them will this cancel out my prepaid account. They said just call And stop your automatic payment. They actually thought they did the right thing. Never go there. If it were possible to give less than one star I would do it. With the exception of Michelle who is extraordinary the experience here has been absolutely abysmal. Michelle worked hard for six hours or two days to fix my phone to replace the Sim card she continued working until she got it right. I came in this afternoon to bring the phone in because the OtterBox case would not hold the button on the back it had fallen off three times. Before I went into the store I purchased a sandwich from firehouse subs for the kids in the store and I previously bought flowers for Michelle. When I asked the young guy behind the counter to please replace the broken OtterBox he said no he told me I would have to pay forAnother one. I became slightly profane. And at that point the young woman behind the counter told me to leave the store and never come back again this is after I spent approximately $450 and maybe 10 hours of my time. read more
