He responded within 10 minutes, told me he could do it, what it would cost and said it would take 40 minutes, no appointment needed. He was close by, and his quote was much better than several others. Took it by, dropped it off, ran an errand or two and when I returned about 30 minutes late, it was done. Apple quoted me $700 dollars to fix the computer which did not seem worth it so I tried some local shops. Another nearby shop quoted me $500 to fix the computer but I wanted to keep searching. This SmartPhone Medic location got recommended to me so I went in for a quote. A price of $350 was given to me as the price of part and labor. I figured I would go with it. I dropped off the laptop and they told me it would be about a week. After a week, I got a call, picked up the computer and everything seems good so far.
