I love that I can drop off my USPS stuff there as well to save time. Things to know: 1. USPS pre labeled packages can be dropped in the large bin on your right. 2. UPS pre labeled packages can be set on small counter to left of first register (if you don't need a receipt right away) 3. When you bring something in, make sure it is taped and ready to go. Check those Amazon returns. Requirements change, but it will say on the label. 4. Having a pre labeled item is so much faster than the QR code, so do this option if you can. 5. FedEx returns can go to Walgreens on the same road.

Fedex did not deliver my package on the appointed date of 11-7-2026. I had to put a hold on said…read morepackage because it needed to be delivered by that exact date. Because I am shipping to my mortgage carrier who is literally a criminal organization (Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, look them up there is no form of fraud they won't commit) if it got delivered the next Monday they would have literally stolen it. They are currently getting sued for that exact crime. I have personally caught them committing fraud on my account twice before. Then from Monday through Thursday I have been trying to get that package returned back to Omaha NE. They kept scanning the letter then saying it was delivered at their address. 4 days in a row 5 seperate phone calls where I was told repeatedly by a human (not automated phone service) the situation was handled. Then to wake up the next day to discover I have been lied to again. I also tried email complaints. I called again on 7-18-2026 and have been told they have no idea what is happening. Incompetence is one thing criminal neglect is another. At this point I am under the assumption that someone at that facility intentional delayed the first delivery and is now purposely not returning my package. Like I said there is literally no crime I would put past my mortgage carrier. There is a cashier's check for over $12k sitting in a box for 6 days. Maybe that's not a lot of money for them but it is to me. I have filed a report with the FBI for potential mail fraud. I would never use this facility nor any Fedex location if you have any option.

I have been very patient over the past few years, but now it is time to write a review…read more I have yet to receive 1 package on time from FedEX. They give us a tracking number and a time frame, I reorganize my day to be here to sign... and what happens each time?? It changes last minute and expands the day another 6 hours. I have taken off of work, rearrange my schedules, days, time frames, and for what?? Nothing. I end up losing money from work missed, and time that could have been spent doing more important things. This use to be a good company, but now has become a joke. My wife and I have now agreed that we will no longer use the services of this company. Will will also not order from anyone who only has FedEx as their only option. Done wasting my time, and money on companies who do not respect MY time and money. Revenue flows both ways, and now you have lost mine.

Why people still use fedex to keep their deliveries SAFE is a mystery in my mind.
