I just arrived around 2:15 to drop off a box to return to Amazon and the employee Emma (there is…read morenot a name tag, so she could have been lying; she is a short blonde white girl with glasses) told me that she will not accept the package because the box is open. When I showed her the paper with the label that I printed she lied to me that the instructions say the box has to be sent covered up (the paper does not say anything about that). When I told her that the box should be accepted she immediately became very upset and began telling me me verbatim to get out of her store, and when I asked her to repeat it so that I could record her she threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave and she told me she did not care that the store cameras were recording her. I left the store and I will not be returning ever again. I am a Hispanic person and did not see her treating other customers nearly as rudely. I noticed that all of the white people that were coming here to drop off their items were trying to return open packages and she accepted them without issue, she is a racist woman and it is unfortunate that my child had to witness this issue and the 10 costumers at store.
