I just arrived around 2:15 to drop off a box to return to Amazon and the employee Emma (there is not a name tag, so she could have been lying; she is a short blonde white girl with glasses) told me that she will not accept the package because the box is open. When I showed her the paper with the label that I printed she lied to me that the instructions say the box has to be sent covered up (the paper does not say anything about that). When I told her that the box should be accepted she immediately became very upset and began telling me me verbatim to get out of her store, and when I asked her to repeat it so that I could record her she threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave and she told me she did not care that the store cameras were recording her. I left the store and I will not be returning ever again. I am a Hispanic person and did not see her treating other customers nearly as rudely. I noticed that all of the white people that were coming here to drop off their items were trying to return open packages and she accepted them without issue, she is a racist woman and it is unfortunate that my child had to witness this issue and the 10 costumers at store. What a joke!! Had to make two trips here to do a return to Amazon. They tell me Amazon doesn't know what it's doing and they don't acknowledge Amazon's instructions to do returns. They have their own instructions which are a secret until you get there to do an Amazon return. Or you can BUY an envelope from THEM to do the return. Because I was upset at having to make two trips, due to their disavowing Amazon's return instructions, one employee tried to deny me service telling the other employees to make me go to the Anderson store. A one stop shop for packing and mailing packages. They also have a notory-just have to check the hours. Always friendly employees.

I can't say enough about this store. Twice now, they've seen me trying to unload a large box with an infant in tow and rushed out to help me. I drive the extra 5 minutes to come to this location instead of Seneca for the customer service. read more

Wow! Just left the UPS Store in Clemson escorted by a Clemson Police officer. Seems that the clerk Tyler, who was having a bad day and calling me a d!_khead didn't like it when I called out his inappropriate behavior. He not only refused to answer any simple questions like "do you sell boxes here", but he actually called the police on me. The police officer suggested that I contact UPS Store management to report this exceptionally unprofessional behavior. So from this day forward, I will never use UPS or the UPS Store again. I found the US Postal Service answered all my questions about shipping to different addresses and even gave me the priority mail boxes for free. This is big job probably worth $500-1000 in shipping. I am happy to give my business to the US Postal Service from now on. read more

This location has people working there that are not friendly.. I've been there 4 times, and the heavyset black girl with glasses never greets anyone, moves like a sloth and really does not want to be there. Some of the others that work there are the same.. I feel this store needs a clean slate of new employees that actually want to be there.. The only guy there who is friendly , greets people, and tell people to have a good day is the short white guy with glasses (has facial hair) you can keep him.. read more

I arrived at your store at 5pm on 12/6/21 with multiple packages, it was raining, the door was locked, and there were two store employees inside with a UPS driver. There was a lady standing outside who said she was in the store and had been asked to leave so they could process an order. The employees put a sign on the door that said they would return at 3:15 (which was either 2 hours prior or 10 hours away from the current time). For 7 minutes we watched the employees legitimately work, pack and tape boxes, and load the truck. In that time, the line grew to over 10 people, 5 others had gotten back in their cars and left. At 5:08, the truck was loaded and from the parking lot, in the rain, we watched them gab, laugh and tell jokes back and forth behind the counter. Someone tried to knock on the door at this point to draw their attention to the line that had formed, but the employees wouldn't even acknowledge us, and they just walked out of site into the storage room. Some people went over to the truck to see what was happening, the blonde female employee started screaming at them, they came back around, told us what happened and left. Then the black female employee walked around to the front to tell us the door would stay locked for the full 15 minutes because they needed to package all the orders that people had brought throughout the day. We were all in disbelief at how poorly your employees behaved. First, to ask customers to leave the store and stand in the rain for 15 minutes is crazy- why couldn't the customers have stayed inside the dry store while the employees loaded the truck? Second, that the employees didn't open the door as soon as the truck was loaded and decided instead that they deserved the extra time to goof around while a dozen of their customers stood in the rain holding large boxes- unbelievable behavior. Third, and most importantly- why did the employees wait until the truck arrived at 5pm to start to preparing the boxes? Why isn't packing and taping the boxes an on-going task throughout the day so that the boxes are ready to be loaded a 5pm, and it's only a 2-minute process that 1 employee could handle with the driver alone? Why let all the work pile up over the afternoon so that you force your customers to wait while you play catch up? It really was a stunning example of unprofessional behavior, but on top of that, once we were all let inside, the blonde employee started screaming at another customer accusing them of "being the person who walked by the truck" and telling the customer that they weren't allowed in "her store". We all looked at each other confused because we watched those people leave, and she eventually apologized but it was unbelievably awkward and unnecessary. Needless to say, I won't go to your store again until it is under new management, and maybe the owners could have a discussion with the employees about whose store it actually is, and how they'd like to be represented. read more

I printed a regular shipping label on a normal paper and they charged me 2 bucks for it JUST BECAUSE IT'S A LABEL! But it's just the same print as any other stuff!!!!! Ridiculous!! read more
