A few days later I called back and they said they read me the delivery signature from two years ago. I was quite impressed with the selection and range in price and color. While I was perusing the selection I was approached by an employee and offered assistance. He informed me they could assemble the chair of my choice for $15 and I could pick it up the next day. Yes, please! I found a great chair for a decent price and was in and out in under 15 minutes. Put an order in online for local pickup and the day I was scheduled to…read morepick it up, I was told the order was forwarded to their corporate office because this location was unable to print the size flyers I needed. (The online pickup portal and confirmation email said pickup would be local and never mentioned it being sent somewhere else.) I talked to multiple employees over several days to correct this issue as I needed the flyers before going out of town for an expo. They were all very communicative and so kind and helpful! Corporate could not get the flyers sent to the local store in time so they shipped it to the location of the expo which was in a different state all together. Perfect example of stuff happens and how we handle it makes the difference.
