I rarely post reviewers but I have to strongly recommend folks at Clever Techs if you have a computer related issue. Several weeks back, my wife's 2 yr old, hire quality and expensive laptop would no longer charge. The computer manufacturer uses (as do many others) a very flimsy pin to connect to internal computer battery, et al to charge. With time, the connection no longer works even after wiggling that manufacturer claims may need a pricey new board. Well, guys at Clever Tech were able to use the extra USB-C port to charge with needed DC charger. All for $80 vs hundreds. Awesome job, highly recommended :-) read more

This past week my laptop all of a sudden the screen would blink, the word LOCK displayed, the screen then would go black, and finally the computer would turn off. Of course I googled LOCK and had no success what so ever. I googled and Clever Tech came up. I called and spoke to Kevin and told him I had a huge presentation the following week and I needed my laptop fixed. Kevin said bring the computer now. I brought it to him and he saw the problem. The great news is he called me and told me it was a corrupt video driver. Not only did he fix the driver, he cleaned my keyboard, and he cleaned up my startup sequence that was taking at least 5 minutes to boot my computer. It now takes about 30 seconds. I was only charged $119 that included a charge of $30 for expedited services. Clever Technology has won my future business and I have told at least 5 friends about my experience. My computer quit last year and I found these people. It seemed like a good deal to begin with BUT what was to take two weeks to repair turned into a month. When I would call for an update, no one would call me back and I would continue to call. THEN when I got my laptop back the battery wouldn't stay in. They broke the latch while repairing the guts! They say they will repair anything that goes wrong with the premium service plan during the 90 days after first repair and I have to pay for the parts. I dropped my laptop off to get the part installed (which they called to tell me it came in) 3 days ago and they are promising me to return my computer on the 4th day, I doubt it! I will be looking for a new service place. read more

The repair people helped me make the best choice for my repair and definitely knew the value of a dollar. The repair was made in a very timely manner, just days as promised. They r awful got to be the slowest PC repair place I ever been to I just ask them to just replace one part on my PC the guy said it would be rdy in 2 days 2 weeks later I called to ask them what's going on with my PC and the guy told me that they haven't even started on it yet the guy told me it wasn't a rush service when I complain about how long it took lol a rush service ya ok almost 3 weeks later I wouldn't call that a rush service I call it lazy.
