I drove the 10 miles to get there at no such item on the shelf. I was encouraged by the liquid propane sale in the flyer. I have 2-30 pound tanks and asked if we could be charged for 3-20 pound tanks the manager said it doesn't work that way. Cut and dry and he walked away. I won't be back. I will drive additional miles into Greenville. I will spend my dollars at a location that works with me to figure out solutions to my questions.

I can honestly say that I have had an excellent experience every time I visit the Spartanburg location. The customer service here is outstanding. The employees are always friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They take the time to answer questions and make sure customers get the assistance they need. What I appreciate most is that Harbor Freight truly stands behind its warranty policy. When you invest your money in tools and equipment, it means a lot to know that the company respects its customers and honors its warranties. I have purchased many products from Harbor Freight over the years, and my overall experience has been extremely positive. I highly recommend Harbor Freight, especially the Spartanburg location, to anyone looking for quality tools, fair prices, and excellent customer service. Five stars without hesitation!

I mean seriously, in today's scheme of things it nearly impossible to get any attention at all from any employee of a store. Floor and Decor, Greenville, SC is the absolute exception to that trend. The first associate we came into contact was Selena and boy were we happy to have run into her first thing. Talk about friendly, knowledgeable, professional and engaging that was her from start to finish. She truly sets the standard for what an associate at any store should strive for. Having said that about Selena, I can't neglect the next person that exhibited the same traits. Emily was in the middle of taking care of store duties when we ran across her. She stopped what she was doing and answered all of our questions, showed us where different tile patterns were and what tile might work best for us. Then there was one of the managers, Jarrett. He could not have been more helpful in taking care of a few issues for us, absolutely kudos to him as well. You just don't find stores like this anymore, not ones where friendliness, knowledgeability and professionalism are systemic from top to bottom. Floor and Decor sets the standard other stores should strive for. I'm a fan!!!!!!!

It's also one of the best people watching places I've ever been too in this area. They have a long counter/bar with stools where you can wait to speak with someone or to order a part. They sell furniture, electronics, home decor, seasonal decorations, candles, kitchen items, rugs, snacks and food items. If you're looking for spices, this is the place to come to. The spices that they do carry are $10 for 10. Some of the spices are cinnamon, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, basil, oregano and a chicken soup base, which is the same as granulated chicken bouillon, just to name a few. The people that work at Big Lots are very friendly and helpful. I know you're thinking with all of the positive things why the 3 star rating? That comes from items that are online that are almost NEVER at the Easley store. If they do happen to have it, it's always out of stock. Another thing I'm not fond of is, they don't ship to a P. O. Box. I know everything can't go to a P. O. Box, but if small items could come to the post office that would be nice. The items I have found I have enjoyed. I would recommend that you give Big Lots a try, even if some things you might have to get from online!
