This is a review I never wanted to have to write…read more About a year ago, I left Nick one of the strongest reviews I've ever written because my initial experience was excellent. Unfortunately, a true measure of a company isn't just how things go on installation day--it's how they respond when something goes wrong afterward. Nick installed bistro lights that were tied into my existing landscape lighting system. The lights have now fallen twice, and immediately after the second failure, the back house lighting system--which had worked flawlessly for the previous three years--began tripping the transformer and no longer stays on. Whether the bistro light installation ultimately proves to be the cause or not isn't even my biggest disappointment. My frustration is with what happened next. When I first reached out, Nick immediately replied, "Absolutely can help." From there, I spent the next week sending multiple texts and making phone calls with little to no communication. When he finally responded, instead of coming out to inspect the work he had installed, I was told to hire an electrician first and then have the electrician call him. He also stated the issue was not related to his work before anyone had actually diagnosed the problem. Standing behind your work isn't just about eventually fixing something. It's about communication, follow-through, and being willing to investigate when a customer has a legitimate concern. Those things were missing here. I genuinely liked Nick and recommended him to others. That's what makes writing this so disappointing. I understand being busy--everyone gets busy. But there's a difference between being busy and leaving a customer wondering whether they're ever going to hear back after you've already committed to helping. I'm sharing this because I think prospective customers should understand that the service after the installation may not match the quality of the initial sales experience. Nick, if you choose to communicate, inspect the installation, and stand behind your work, I'll gladly update or even remove this review. I'd much rather be able to say this was resolved professionally than leave this as the lasting impression of my experience.

After numerous phone call and emails to chris, we were finally able to reach him on our sons phone, a number he did not recognize the number chris answered the call, his response was appalling, he said we needed to hire a license electrician to put in a additional outlet for him to finish, and was was not willing to come back to finish unless we agreed to pay him an additional 300.00 trip charge. He refused to refund any of the 2850.00 we paid him. He lied to our inlaws stating he was fully completed with the project. Do Not trust him or his company, Our only option would be court with in todays busy world who has the time or patience to want to go threw this ordeal!!!!
