The young lady in customer service was patient with my limited knowledge of the system . She walked me through every step to make sure I paid of the correct account. Today I was looking for an item in the BBQ. department she was walking by and I said I have a question She stopped what she was doing and directed me to the correct aisle. HD does not stock this particular item, She offered to go online and research the item. she found it ordered it for me accepted my payment completed the transaction .
