I placed the order for the chest over the phone and was mailed the statement on the order. I came into the store two days later and met Vil. I was very impressed with Vil's friendly manner and professionalism. I received the Hooker chest in perfect condition due by the care taken by James and Jorge, the two delivery men from the Jeff Lynch store. All and all, my experience with Jeff Lynch, Vil, James and Jorge has been excellent and I will be shopping at Jeff Lynch again as, besides my good experience, I was given a $200 credit for future purchases. The employee I spoke to asked the manager on duty and he said to bring it in and they would give me a REFUND. I brought it back the next day. The cashier said the return policy had changed since Covid, HUH? I called the 800 service # the next day and they transferred me back to the local store. The lady that answered the phone at my local store should not be working with the public. I was shocked, she was rude and nasty, called the store credit a 'refund' and refused any further help.
