I just got cursed out!!! An employee with company shirt sitting in company truck smoking a cigarette with the door open blocking parking space and told me to go to the other one that is a for a handicap. When I went in to tell what happened and asked for the man's name , another heavy set with blonde 3-4 inch beard cursed me out, long hair in back told me he was tired of "y'all people" starting stuff. He would not give me his name. Someone else told me it was Randall or something, I am 58 years old this is really unacceptable, what company will allow their customers to be treated like that! AWFUL. Bought all appliances for a new home from them - DIshwasher, Gas Cook Top, Refrigerator, Ice Machine, Oven, microwave & Wine cooler. After several different lies, no idea when/if oven and micro will arrive. Damaged Frig on delivery then tried to hide damage and left without acknowledging damage. Sent in boxed floor model wine frig. Couldn't fix it or replace it. No concept of customer service or honesty. read more

The true test, of how good a company performs, is during hard times. Whites Appliance has failed miserably in our six year experience with them. Sure the recent Coronavirus has caused lots of problems for everyone, but good communication should always prevail. NOT AT WHITES APPLIANCES. After waiting two weeks for service, I called them on the morning (of their scheduled repair) to find out what time we could expect the repair person. To my surprise, the route supervisor, "messed up" and they weren't coming! Would she had called to tell us that, had I not called them? I doubt it! So now we will wait even longer, (all because Whites Appliances), have terrible scheduling services and worse communication skills. The Jenn Aire products we purchased from them, (six years ago for our new home), have all experienced service issues or breakdown in that short time frame. Not only that, getting them "out to our home" for repairs is a JOKE. If you want reliable products and service DEFINITIVELY AVOID ALL JENN AIR PRODUCTS and WHITES APPLIANCES! read more

We stopped at White's Appliance Store today to purchase a replacement for our broken disposal. I can't say enough positive about our experience. They were in the middle of updating their store, but everyone was helpful and courteous. We selected our disposal, and asked a few questions about refrigerators. We told them we don't even plan to buy a new refrigerator right away, but their staff took their time showing the selections to us when we told them we'd be buying one "one day." Their installers, Jeremy and Freddy, showed up this afternoon to install our new disposal, and I was amazed at all they did to make sure we were left, not only with a new disposal, but a clean floor! We are building a new home and purchased all of our appliances from White's. They took a lot of time finding exactly the right items with all of the features I was looking for. In fact I mentioned that I do a lot of canning and was concerned about getting a range that could handle it. Mr. White found a canning element for the front burner that is much heavier-duty than usual and also has a different switch to handle high heat for long periods of time. Pricing is excellent too - we paid significantly less than we would have at Lowes. And no hassles with delivery and installation. They coordinated with our builder and took care of everything. I have been trying to get my refrigerator repaired for almost 3 weeks.... still not fixed. Many excuses...parts can take 2 weeks to get, repair tech on vacation, can't read repair tech's writing. I keep calling them, but am only getting excuses and unfulfilled promises. It's a leaking water line from the water filter...nothing exotic or odd. No satisfaction yet. In this day, why should it take over 2 weeks to get a part? I would never buy anything from their store, because of the slow repairs. Hopefully eventually they will fix my refrigerator. read more

5 star SERVICE!! You can buy appliances just about anywhere these days. I called to ask about a very particular color of a stove I was interested in seeing. We had a chat about options and finally he suggested I call back in a few minutes- he had sold that color to a customer and perhaps they would let me stop over and see it. Not only did they say yes, when I arrived they couldn't say enough about the White Appliance experience....the price, the process and the appliance! To me that says it all!
