Been to the Easley store 4 times now and still no paddle drill bits in stock. Little to no help when looking for items. Asked about a replacement part for my DeWalt cordless sander and was told "we dont carry that". Imagine that!!! Luckily for me Home Depot is right down the road where they do stock what I needed. Would recommend Home Depot over the Easley Lowes store everyday of the week. read more

They will go to extra length's to get what you want when you want it. Even if you can't find it in the store, always look online for whatever it is and they will suprise you. read more

I will not shop Lowe's again EVER. I had 2 packages of flooring still in the box with original receipt. they told me it's a store policy to not accept returns after 90 days even with original receipt and unopened packaging. This policy is stupid. Now I'm down $180 bc of it. read more

Whats with the Gutter Sales? A Person I assume an Lowes employee walks up and starts asking me questions and then tries to sell me a gutter guard system, when I told them I was not interested they persisted talking about preventing foundation damage, etc. I do not go to Lowes to be confronted by a high pressure direct sales person in the Aisle. This is redicuous is the future going to be your associates trying to sell me a time share? read more

After callings Lowes.com to try and place an order for 2 AirCare air filters and being obstructed from doing so by the people on the phone, I decided to visit the Lowes store that always seems to pull through for me--the store in Easley run by Diego. While I did not interact with Diego today, I did work with Jamie Morris, who patiently and understandingly helped me with the ordering issues that I had. THANK YOU JAMIE for putting yourself in the customer's shoes and taking care of business, it meant a lot!!! MEGA KUDOS, J, ROBERT read more

All the plants I buy from them strive with their great soil & fertilizer I purchase from Lowe's. Clean well stocked Store with great employees , and top notch Customer Service. Plant selection is always nice and healthy. read more

This place is terrible. Poor service, incompetent and rude employees. Manager as well. Arrived at 8a to pick up two huge rolls of carpet and padding. After five minutes on his phone, the guy at pro services decided to raise his head and help me. Took thirty minutes to find order. Ask for loaders to help with my purchase. Manager stated that they didn't have loaders on Saturday and refused to seek available employees to help me. Received no support from manager and had to load two twelve foot rolls of carpet alone. After I got it loaded some employees came out to assist. That was after forty minutes of me loading in onto my truck and strapping it down. read more

I purchased a washer and drier with pedicels. The wrong pedicels were installed that have a large 2 inch gap between the appliance and the pedicel. Went back to thee store four times trying to get a resolution. Each time the sent out person that had no idea why he was there. All I was requesting is they exchange the pedicels for the correct model as shown on their sales slip and their ads. Because of the larger gap the cabinets above the appliances had to be taken down and raised at my cost. Where as if the right units were installed everything would have fit. read more

Multiple calls, long long LONG hold Times and no one ever answered. Purchased item from Home Depot instead.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait in line 20 minutes with one person working before being helped. Sheri at the desk had the worst attitude and greeted me with a frown and mumble. I think she asked what I needed but I couldn't tell which resulted in an unamused stare/ frown from her until I said something back. After she asked my order number and I began telling it to her she said "You need to wait for my screen to load". Okay, first of all I can't see your screen, second of all maybe don't ask me my order number until you're ready to punch it in... It didn't stop there though she tried to act like my order wasn't even in their system until her manager stepped over to help her figure it out then told her my order was in the flooring department and she needed to call them and get it from the back. Get it from the back!? Why did I get an email a day and a half ago that my order was ready to be picked up if it is still in the back? Then Sheri has the audacity to ask me while she's on the phone with the flooring department who are searching for my order "How many did you order?" To which I responded "Aren't you looking at my order right now? Can't you see how many are in my order? I ordered 13." and she dead-ass says to me "It says 20 pack of tiles" My jaw dropped, I did not know what to say. I had to explain to this woman that I ordered 13 units of the 20 pack of tiles not 13 tiles out of the 20 pack. How do you not fucking understand this!? Especially when its right there on your screen! Anyways, once they finally located my order it took 20 minutes for them to find a forklift and cart the unopened palette up to the front to load in my car. Lowes, your online order service and customer service is the absolute worst. This would never ever happen at Home Depot. When you place an order for pickup at home Depot and they tell you its ready it is always at the front counter when you get there. Even with large tile orders. I know this because I placed a similar size tile order at homedepot.com on the same day as the Lowes order that was ready a day earlier and took less than 10 minutes for me to pick up and drive away with because it was up front, counted and read when I got there. Never again Lowes, never again. read more

Tonight they only had 1 cashier. What's wrong with this picture?? The worst lowes. 2nd bad experience I've had here. Find an Ace Hardware! read more

This store in easley has a serious management problem. Obviously the management has no control. After every time I went there experiencing difficulties. But this time, they topped it. We had to wait 7 days for an online order for a shower tub. We received the e- mail this morning and today at 7:30 I went to pick it up. It took the girl at the counter 15 minutes to figure out, it's not up front, where it should be. Another 30 minutes phone calls to the back and suddenly a younger employee came up with a old, former returned item, dirty and the silicone from the previous buyer hanging on it, without cardboard and told me a story that our item came damaged and broken and they can give me the returned item 15%off. He can also reorder our item or check, if someone else has it. In this very moment a lady came up with a nice functional and proper wrapped box on a buggy asking if I'm the one for this item. She just found it in receiving. Woah- and the reaction of the manager? Oh, he didn't have all the details- man, that guy was 45 minutes busy with finding my stuff and then came up and lied straight in my face! It's very hard for me to buy anything else there. This store needs a capable manager fast. Before it falls completely apart. Side note: while I was waiting, I went to look at chain saws. It's a disgrace for every store, what I've seen. Broken displays, partly dangling from the bracket on security cable, laying broken on the floor, dirty an dusty, that I didn't even wanted to touch them. I looked around and be honest, the whole isle looked like it was ransacked. Was not interested in more and went back to the desk. Waiting.... Zero stars from me read more

Check out clerk at Lowe's Easley is extremely incompetent and needs to go back to training or find new job. She was extremely rude and disrespectful She could not put in My Lowe's card correctly and this resulted in having to spend 30 minutes in customer service returning everything and recharging!!! On the other positive note the young man in the paint section was very helpful!! read more
