First off, I'd like to point out their address is 4949 Wade Hampton Blvd (Yelp had a different address on Wade Hampton). I did send a change request to Yelp, so by the time this review is posted it may be correct.
I took in a very large cushion (82" long x 28" wide) and the material to have a slip cover made for it on 5-5-17, late that Friday afternoon. I was told it would be ready by the following Friday. I got a call from Michelle early Wednesday afternoon (two and a half days after I'd dropped everything off) advising it was ready!
The cushion is perfect - exactly what I wanted to put in the reading nook my husband recently made for me out of a spare closet. The material fits perfect on the cushion. Prior to having the slip cover put on, the cushion was wrapped in a material that will give it added life and stability. A zipper was put along the backside. Due to the width of the material I had chosen, it was necessary to have two seams. Had it not been pointed out to me, I wouldn't have noticed them!
Customer service was great. This is a family owned business - all the more reason to support it.
Price was very reasonable, and turn around time was amazing.
