I can honestly say that I have had an excellent experience every time I visit the Spartanburg location. The customer service here is outstanding. The employees are always friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They take the time to answer questions and make sure customers get the assistance they need. What I appreciate most is that Harbor Freight truly stands behind its warranty policy. When you invest your money in tools and equipment, it means a lot to know that the company respects its customers and honors its warranties. I have purchased many products from Harbor Freight over the years, and my overall experience has been extremely positive. I highly recommend Harbor Freight, especially the Spartanburg location, to anyone looking for quality tools, fair prices, and excellent customer service. Five stars without hesitation!

I was assigned to one person-shoutout to Emma- who MASTERFULLY guided me through the process. She quickly learned my style aesthetic and helped me stay true to it.I'm a budget freak and she also ALWAYS GRACIOUSLY helped me STAY IN AND UNDER BUDGET. She never lost her patience and was calm ,cool and collected through it all. When it came time for cabinet pulls and knobs,LOOK NO FURTHER, we moved to the other side of the showroom where they have a huge number of show and tell displays.I spent a lot of time on line searching knobs and pulls and could always then go check it out and purchase it at Prosource. Time for door knobs and levers-you guessed it-they have THE EXPERT on that kind of thing AND YOU WANT THE EXPERT. Kyle was amazing and Clay, who had come onboard to learn the area, was clearly a quick study and very helpful. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHECK OUT THEIR SHOWROOM AND KNOW THEIR ACCESS GOES WAY BEYOND WHAT YOU SEE.You show it to them and chances are they have access, The help I received was free and incredible and their prices are fantastic. Don't miss the chance to work with them. If you think this all sounds too good to be true-well that's the kind of experience I had.The kind that forces you to take the time to write a review.

It was very much like the employee's resented working on the eve before Christmas Eve and had suddenly unionized and formed a protest. The showroom itself has a wide variety of styles and price ranges for tubs, faucets, kitchens, etc. It is really helpful to get the visual. My wife returned after the holidays to look at the selection again and was very pleased with the help of Kaylee our sales agent. She was so pleased that she spent $2,600. Maybe I should have gone too? And, we learned that our style is "new traditional." How about that!? What is nice is that we got a print out of all the bathroom fixtures, faucets, towel racks, etc. that we purchased so we could show our re-modeler contractor. So I guess this turned into a good experience for everyone but the guy paying the bill and writing this review! But it will be a nice master bathroom.

I mean seriously, in today's scheme of things it nearly impossible to get any attention at all from any employee of a store. Floor and Decor, Greenville, SC is the absolute exception to that trend. The first associate we came into contact was Selena and boy were we happy to have run into her first thing. Talk about friendly, knowledgeable, professional and engaging that was her from start to finish. She truly sets the standard for what an associate at any store should strive for. Having said that about Selena, I can't neglect the next person that exhibited the same traits. Emily was in the middle of taking care of store duties when we ran across her. She stopped what she was doing and answered all of our questions, showed us where different tile patterns were and what tile might work best for us. Then there was one of the managers, Jarrett. He could not have been more helpful in taking care of a few issues for us, absolutely kudos to him as well. You just don't find stores like this anymore, not ones where friendliness, knowledgeability and professionalism are systemic from top to bottom. Floor and Decor sets the standard other stores should strive for. I'm a fan!!!!!!!
